Guests may walk the board walk or take the tram (based on weather and ridership in-season). Within a short walk, guests can get to the world famous Thrasher's French Fries, Trimper's or Jolly Roger's Rides, or the famous boardwalk sign among many others shops, restaurants and attractions! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!

Excellent place to stay

3 generations of our family were able to stay together. Beautiful view of beach and bay, close to boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed the pool. This was our 3rd year at the Belmont and already planning our 4th stay. Thank you so many!

Sliding door in master needs to be fixed.Screen door in living room needs replaced.Everything else was excellent.Very impressed by the cleaning lady l met she was so nice.The hallways all smelled so fresh and elevators also.

PBR at Ocean City

It was beautifully set up and perfect accommodations for our family and the ocean view out of every sliding door was phenomenal!! It was quiet at night and beautiful during the day. We just had steps to the PBR on the beach and right on the boardwalk! We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Location

The location is unbeatable. The condo needs to be updated. The central AC is amazing and does not smell like mildew. The beds are probably a 5 out of 10 rating. Lots of room, very spacious, fully stocked kitchen.

Clean condo, perfect location

My friends and I rented this condo for a weekend to participate in the MS Walk. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, the ease of check-in, and the excellent communication with the owner/management company. And the location is amazing. We are planning to rent this condo again for next year's MS Walk.

Family reunion

Overall fine. Furnishing were little dated and linens/towels could use replacing but kitchen appliances were clean and looked new. Maintenance (Tim) was courteous and quick to respond to our problem with the tv. Location was perfect for our needs. Everything within a walkable distance. Looking forward to future visits to OC.

Finally got to vacation on the boardwalk

This is a great spot. Being back in OCMD after 30 years it was great to finally be right on the boardwalk and be old enough to go into the Purple Moose Saloon. My family was super impressed with the location, size and layout. I've stayed in many rentals and this has all the things you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. My only comment to the owner is more pillow cases and less pillow shams. I was always told they were decoration only.

Nice relaxing get away : )

I really enjoyed the condo. Even though I didn't need them, there were beach towels placed out to use. The condo even had dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. just in case I forgot something. The location was excellent, and I especially liked how the parking spots were individually marked per unit, and needing a passcode to get inside the building. Very nice !

Fantastic spot

The condo was spacious, clean, featured plenty of sleeping options, and was located right on the boardwalk with an ocean view. Unlike other rentals, these owners don’t make you clean everything on-top of the cleaning fees. Checking out was very easy as all we had to do was take out the trash and remove our belongings. Side note to the boardwalk location: if you like to sleep early, the area is a bit loud being on the boardwalk at night. The city has a 12am noise ordinance, so you can expect it to be loud with plenty of people walking around, bars, karaoke, etc.

Boardwalk Rock 2025

We found the place to be very nice. We were a bit upset that for all the money we paid there was little toilet paper or paper towels and we had to go purchase our own. If we were not local with knowlege of OC this could have been very difficult to find. ALSO - the patio door for the master bedroom is falling apart...you should fix it now before someone gets hurt. My son in law was able to get the door closed but it will not open without the glass coming out.ALSO the outlet on the bathrooom side of the master only has one part of the outlet working so I had to choose light or phone charger...would have been nice to have a light AND be able to plug in a phone charger.

Crusin at Belmont Towers

We come to Ocean City every May and October for Crusin and Endless Summer car shows. We have stayed at several different places. Our favorites are Park Place hotel and the Belmont Towers condos. My son has a 65 Mustang and he loves the parking garage. I enjoy the condo more than a hotel room. The condo is extremely convenient to the boardwalk, beach, inlet and food. The condo was spacious and allowed plenty of room when the weather was raining. The kitchen was great if we didn’t want to go out. Having a third bath room was great. The decor was very nice. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was great that the linen’s were supplied. The process or renting and receiving the codes to get in the condo went smoother than in the past. I would recommend this unit to everyone and hope to rent it again.

Incredible location and views!!

Location is perfect - right in the middle of the action! Views of the bay and ocean are awesome!! The condo was fairly clean, with a few minor issues when we checked in. These were resolved immediately by a very responsive property management team. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were good. The towels could use an upgrade - a minor issue to address. Kitchen was very well equipped. The starter kit of supplies was really nice and much appreciated. All in all, we had a great experience and look forward to a return visit!

We had a fantastic stay. The owners we're very helpful and responded very timely to my concerns. Absolutely loved the welcome sign by the door.. made us feel very welcomed and relaxed. The pool was very refreshing, just wish it was open til 10 or 11pm.

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
