About this property

Vacation apartment close to the beach for up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms Wlan on the upper floor

On about 60 square meters you can enjoy your vacation with up to 4 people in our non-smoking apartment on the upper floor. The apartment has a tiled dining-living area with a balcony. Animal husbandry is not allowed.

2 bedrooms with laminate flooring and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom is in the expanded roof studio. There is a washing machine for free in the storage room.

The use of WLAN / WI-FI is also free of charge.

Bed linen such as hand-held shower towels, shower rugs, drying towels, tabs, dishwasher and cleaning agents are included in the price.

For our younger guests, we have a children's travel bed with an additional mattress, high chair and children's dishes with children's cutlery.

The apartment is in a quiet, restricted traffic area. Shops, spa facilities, Ocean Wave adventure pool, seal lift station and a children's playground are in the immediate vicinity. The dike is approx. 200 m away and can be seen from the roof studio. In addition, the sandy beach can be reached in just 300m.

The apartment also has a large parking space.

There are also 2 bicycles available. The bicycles are located in a lockable storage room belonging to the apartment.

Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Sauberkeit hervorragend. Und die Nähe zum Meer und dem Zentrum von Norddeich ist von Vorteil. Hauseigener Parkplatz ist toll . Selbst die Abfallentsorgung ist gut durchdacht . Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten eine Woche Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Fahrräder und ein Balkon runden den Urlaub/Wohnung ab. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank

Super Aufenthalt

Super Aufenthalt für Paare mit max. 1 Kind. Die Fewo hat alles was es braucht (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, kleiner Balkon) und ist ruhig gelegen. Strand, Restaurants/Cafes und Bäcker sind nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt. 2 Fahrräder im Schuppen für Gäste fahren sich gut auch bei etwas mehr Wind (keine E-Bikes).

Direkt am Deich

Schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber, es gibt Gesellschaftsspiele. Bis zum Deich sind es nur ein paar Meter zu laufen. Auch bis zum Schwimmbad und zur Seehundstation ist es nicht weit.

Ferienwohnung Norddeich

Wir waren mit unserer 4 jährigen Enkelin in Norddeich. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es waren sogar 2 Fahrräder und Sandspielzeug vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine Inclusive Reinigungsmittel, Spiele, Handtücher und Bettwäsche inclusive. Leider war der Saisonstrandkorb nicht mehr vorhanden. Aber alles andere war vorhanden. Gerne wieder 👍

Urlaub im Spätsommer

Bei einem super Spätsommer Wetter haben wir uns sehr gut erholt. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum von Gemütlichkeit. Die Fahrräder und der Strandkorb wurden von uns viel genutzt. Strandnahe Unterkunft mit hochwertiger Ausstattung

Die Lage ist für einen Strandurlaub super: nah zum Deich und ruhig gelegen. Positiv ist die auffällig gute Ausstattung der Küche. Unter dem Dach wurde es recht schnell warm, das lässt sich aber mit Lüften und tagsüber geschlossenen Rolladen problemlos beheben. Praktisch auch, dass Fahrräder und Strandkorb inklusive sind!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gemangelt....einfach perfekt!!!! Vernünftiger Rollladen im Schlafzimmer, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Spiele, Putzmittel, ...... Besonders nett waren die Getränke bei der Ankunft ( Flasche Wasser und Flasche Apfelsaft) sowie eine handgeschriebene Begrüßungskarte von den Vermietern !!! Auf jeden Fall super!!!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Meter vom Deich und von der Ortsmitte Norddeich entfernt, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Sauberkeit war tiptop.

Tolle Wohnung, gute Lage

Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich wünscht. Super ausgestattete Küche. Deich in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso der Bäcker. Norddeich selbst ist überschaubar und hat eine Vielzahl an Restaurants für jeden Geldbeutel.

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Geräumige Ferienwohnung, insgesamt super sauber und schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und auch die Lage ist spitze.
