Just 450 meters from South Beach and shops, this bright, south-facing family home comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. It features 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds), a shower room with WC, and a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen and numerous amenities (washing machine, hairdryer, etc.) ensure a convenient stay. Guests can enjoy an enclosed garden with a terrace, barbecue, and sun loungers, as well as a bicycle storage area, a garage, and private parking. Pets are welcome.

Located 450 meters from South Beach and the town center, 600 meters from the main beach and North Beach, 6 km from Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station, 0.6 km from the bus station, and a 15-minute drive from the Rochefort thermal baths.

PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €150.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
