This updated coastal unit is ready for you to enjoy the best of both worlds - the sound and the ocean! The condo overlooks the pool. Enjoy the breeze on the deck or from the common spaces. Take a short stroll to the beach. Or just relax at the pool. Boats allowed (see additional details below about boats). Fishing and walks on the beach are always rewarding not to mention the sunrises and the sunsets. The ocean is a three minute walk with easy access. Walk to restaurants, movies, and shopping.

Sound side, beautiful second floor condo, with access to a delightful beach, only a 3 minute walk away, right across the street via an easy public access. Includes a pool, outdoor grills, space for kids to run around, and free parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!

Well appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable full-size bed, plus a sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to four people, for this 300 square foot space, a maximum of three adults is recommended. Two adults with one child or two smaller children is also OK for this space. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.

You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!

You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!

Note: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions!

ATTENTION BOATERS: All of the boat parking spaces and dock spaces are reserved. There are no available boat spaces at this time. If you wish to bring a boat, please contact me. I live locally and can allow you to park you boat at my place, space permitting.

Amazing!

This location was great, just a short walk to the beach and the unit was very clean!! I enjoyed my stay here and the neighbors are very nice as well. If you are looking for a small place to stay at the beach, this is for you! It had everything we needed and I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

This unit was just what my husband and I were looking for. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was great for getting to places of interest on Atlantic Beach. Would definitely book there again next time we go the area.

Cozy and clean!

My husband and I had a great little weekend getaway! This is our second time staying in Atlantic beach and we LOVED Linda’s home!! Linda was a wonderful host responded quickly and we were able to check in early since we arrived sooner than check in time. Conveniently right by the beach and had all kitchen amenities to whip up a quick lunch. Bed slept great, very clean, and cute decor! My husband and I can’t wait to come back with our sons we will definitely book with Linda again!

Nice location and very clean. The shower pressure was the the only issue we had, it was just a bit to strong. Also when adjusting the shower head it would spray water on the celling

The place was awesome and well taken care of. My two boys had a blast. The manager was an awesome guy. My wagon broke on the way to the beach and needed a nut to fix it. He gave one so I could fix it and helped with questions we had with are stay. The only bad thing I can say is that I killed two roaches at the kitchen area. Other then that had a perfect trip. Thanks.

It was a great location , check in very good however the room was a lot smaller than the pictures on the site. It was very clean however I did have to kill four roaches that came out of the oven heading for my dinner plate

Great vacation!

This was our first time visiting AB and we will definitely be back. There is something to do for everyone! Great beaches, restaurants, and shops nearby. The condo has everything you will need and is very clean! Linda was great to work with and responded quickly to any and all questions I had. Would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends.

We loved it!

Everything about this unit was perfect - location to beach (walkway directly accross the street), awesome pool (open til 10pm colored lights in the pool which is fun for night swimming!), the beach has lounge chairs, chairs and umbrellas set up if you get there early to grab some, convenient to grocery store, eateries, coffee shop, beach shops. Owner was easy to work with. I love that this unit has carpeting! Bonus that beach towels for each of us were provided. I didn't realize that there is no oven but that was my fault for not paying closer attention. Will come again next year!

Perfect for Impromptu trip

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 5yrs & 3yrs) needed a spot for an impromptu trip and this was perfect. While it was a bit tight with 4- it was still well worth it. The beach is literally across the street and the view of the sound behind the room has some gorgeous sunsets.

Always love it at Bogue Shores

The unit was clean and so much space(considering). We appreciated the limited decor which tends to take up space in the small units. Hooks on the walls for days. I never knew I needed so many hooks to hang wet bathing suits or towels until we came to this unit. It was so nice to have everything we needed already in the room. Already booked another visit for Labor Day weekend.

Location Location Location! Felt like a home away from home.

We stayed at Linda's amazing property for four perfect nights and we HIGHLY recommend that you do the same. Communication with the host was excellent prior to and during our stay; Linda was so helpful and accommodating, and we just loved doing business with her. The property and the room met our every desire; it had a feeling of home and everyone we encountered was so kind. The room is quaint, but had everything the two of us needed. The shower pressure is great, plenty of extra linens, and a wonderful kitchenette. The property grounds has a lovely pool and many areas for gathering and grilling, not to mention the crosswalk that leads to the stunning beach. The location is PERFECTION. The beach was so private and not at all crowded like neighboring beaches we visited down the road at Emerald Isle. Everything we wanted and needed was within a 10 minute car ride or a short beautiful bike ride. We plan to stay here for years to come. Thank you, Linda! You're a super host to the max!
