Vacaciones para el alma (piscina privada climatizada)

Villa Lucian se encuentra en el sureste de la isla de Brač. Tiene dos pisos y tiene capacidad para 14 personas. Se encuentra en las afueras de Selca y todavía está a solo unos minutos a pie del centro para todas las necesidades. El equipo es simple y cómodo, a la vez que funcional y de buen gusto.
Debido a su ubicación, la casa se está preparando para unas vacaciones familiares tranquilas. Si desea recuperarse del estrés y el estilo de vida rápido, ha venido al lugar correcto. Si todavía quiere estar activo en vacaciones, encontrará ofertas para deportes y ocio, excursiones, locales nocturnos al aire libre en las ciudades cercanas, etc.
Desde la casa se puede acceder a una amplia zona exterior con piscina e hidromasaje. El jardín está diseñado en el estilo dálmata tradicional de piedra antigua en la isla de Brač con muchas plantas mediterráneas. Al lado de la piscina hay una bañera de hidromasaje con una vista panorámica del mar y las montañas circundantes. También hay un rincón infantil para los más pequeños. Disfruta de tu calma absoluta y tu privacidad completamente imperturbable. La espaciosa casa con dos terrazas enormes y el área exterior no se pueden ver desde el exterior. Desde la cocina se llega a una terraza de 70 m2 con una vista panorámica única del mar, el bosque, las montañas circundantes y la bahía desde el pueblo pesquero de Sumartin. En la terraza hay una gran mesa de madera y una gran chimenea a la parrilla.

The perfect family villa with a real Dalmatian feel

This property is beyond words. Gospoda Tanja and her husband created the perfect oasis. We had two families (4 adults, 6 children) and we were all more than comfortable.From the lavender and rosemary bushes, to the olive trees and quiet serene backyard with a view overlooking both the mountains and the beautiful Adriatic, this villa was a dream. We were welcomed with a platter of local prosciutto and sheep cheese and we were given a quick tour of the local town and nearby hot spots to visit.All in all - an excellent villa. The prefect villa

We loved our stay at the villa. It was the perfect size for two families, lots of space inside and out, with an amazing pool and hot tub. The villa was incredibly well equipped, there was nothing we needed. It is situated in a little village where everything is a walk away, great supermarket, deli, bar, pharmacy, butcher and delicious pizzeria. We would definitely recommend this villa. it was a joy to stay there and we will be returning. The only challenging part of our holiday were the car ferries to and from Brac. The queues are very long. I advise anyone who is travelling in peak season to leave plenty of time and go as early as possible.

Welcoming hosts, marvellous stay

We had a very lovely stay at the Villa for 10 days. Tanya and her husband were perfect hosts that were caring, friendly and very relaxed. The Villa was beautiful with a marvellous view, even to the sea. The rooms were clean and nice and we had enough space for our group of 12 adults and one little child. We had a good time also at the pool and whirlpool. Unfortunately the last mentioned could not be heated, however the weather was very warm most of the time so there was no need for heated water in the whirlpool. We warmly recommend staying at the villa! Best greetings

Villa Lucian In Selca Brac Croatia

This is a stunning property - beautifully maintained by Tanja and her husband. We were a party of 14 and just home from a wonderful holiday with our three children with their families. The seven grandchildren varied in age from 4 to 9 and they loved the pool area and hot tub which were cleaned every morning at 6am although we never heard a thing! The villa has an amazing view from the top floor to the sea at Sumartin with a table that holds many happy memories for us of BBQ nights and chatting. There are 3 supermarkets close by and Surmartin has some wonderful swimming areas in the beautiful adriatic sea - best swimming we have ever done anywhere in the world - the sea is crystal clear. We cannot thank Tanja enough - she is an amazing hostess and helped us book restaurants and a full day boat trip which I would really recommend. In summary a perfect place for a family holiday. The villa is clean and very well equipped - plenty of safe parking. Selca and the area surrounding is unspoilt with many lovely small waterfront restuarants. Can't wait to return one day.

Fantastiskt hus i lugna omgivningar men ändå närhet till affärer och service. Vi var 5 vuxna och 5 tonåringar vilket fungerade väldigt bra med två våningsetage med separat kök. Poolen med launchen var perfekt. Bra plats med bilar vi hade 3 st och det fungerade bra. Ville man ta en promenad på morgonen så fanns det än naturslinga på ca 4 km i absolut närhet. Vår värd Tanja var ett underbart stöd under hela vistelsen och det märktes att Tanja ville att vi verkligen fick en underbar vecka. Vi vill från vår familj tacka för en underbar vecka. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta ställe TACK

Une semaine d'exception

Nous sommes partis à 3 familles avec des grands ados. La maison est tellement grande que nous n'avons pas eu l'impression de nous marcher dessus. La maison est impeccable avec des prestations haut de gamme et les gérants ont été aux petits oignons. La vue de la villa est incroyable. La piscine et le jacuzzi ont été des grands plus au cours des journées et la climatisation le garant de bonnes nuits car le thermomètre n'est pas beaucoup descendu la nuit !

Superb villa in stunning location. That view!!!!! Wow!

Just home from a wonderful 1 week say here. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The outside area, pool and spa bath are fantastic with shade and sun as desired. The view is simply breathtaking! The ever changing colour of the mountains and the boats coming and going in the sea are a joy to take in over a morning coffee or an evening wine. Selca is very small, very beautiful and very quiet. The supermarkets are few mins walk away. There is a great pizza restaurant next to a lovely play park and bar available by the church. It was exactly what we wanted. The people are lovely and Tanja was so welcoming and helpful. She put us in touch with Zeljko from the local taxi service who were outstanding! Both transfers were seamless and they were available whenever we wanted to see the sights of the wonderful island of Brac. Sumartin is gorgeous with a few restaurants, supermarket, ferry to the mainland and boat, jet ski, buggy, SUP hire. Its quite a walk and no pavement so we used the taxi service mainly but the walk there and back is great exercise! There is a path over the hill so you don’t have to walk on the road for the most part which offers great views. Smaller groups may benefit from car hire but we felt the prices of the taxi’s were good value so used them to visit Sumartin, Bol, Povlja. All stunning! The cocktail bar in the bay opposite Sumartin is fantastic! Thank you so much, we loved our holiday, it was perfect!

Great stay with great host

The villa is beautiful, including the garden/pool area. It offers great views of the mountains and the sea. Location is close to the supermarket in Selca and just 25 minute walk (or short taxi ride) down the hill to Surmartin, a small fishing village. Tanja, the host, was excellent when communicating before arrival, helping to arrange a boat for us as we had a late arrival. She met us at the villa late at night (due to plane delays) and came back the next day to welcome us again and talk us through areas we might like to visit on Brac. We were a group of 10 with an age range of 2 to 70 years old and everyone loved it. The dining table outside offers spectacular views. (Just pack bug spray for the evenings). Very recommended.

Die perfekte Unterkunft

Was soll man sagen. Einfach nur perfekt von der Gastgeberin bis zum Objekt und der Lage. Wenn man einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub erleben möchte dann ist man hier genau richtig. Amazing!

Overall, our experience at this property has been amazing. The house is located in a small town with a supermarket and a pharmacy. Not only, it is also 10 minutes from Brac's beautiful beaches. The view from the villa was astonishing and the pool was beautifully kept. The host was welcoming and available at all times.

Top Séjour 2 familles avec ados

La maison est parfaitement conçue pour 2 familles avec des ados. Parents et jeunes peuvent en effet avoir chacun leur étage. Parfaitement équipée, la maison est idéalement située : possibilité de faire toutes les courses à pied, accès au city stade à pied ... Le très joli port de Sumartin à 5 minutes de voiture permet d'aller à la plage ou louer un bateau pour filer vers Bol ou l'île de Hvar en bateau ... avec un peu de chance, vous verrez des dauphins ! Tanja est aux petits soins pour faire de ce séjour un moment inoubliable. Recommandation à 100% !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!!!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war hervorragend, ebenso der Empfang von Tanja. Wir waren dort mit der Familie, Ehepaar mit 2 Kindern (3 und 8 Jahre) sowie Grossmutter. Der Pool sowie der Whirlpool waren für die Kinder einfach traumhaft. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist hochwertig und es fehtl an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Leider spiegeln die Bilder nicht die tatsächliche Schöneit der Villa wieder. Auch die Umgerbung ist top!

Great villa and lovely time in Selca

A group of family and friends stayed at this villa for a week. The villa owners ( Tanja and her husband) were very warm and such great hosts. Communication with Tanja was excellent from the booking process to us leaving . Useful information was provided regarding places to eat, things to do and see. Tanja even arranged transport for us and was always on hand for advice. The villa has two floors. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and a lovely terrace were we all sat to enjoy meals and drinks most nights. The mountain views from the top terrace are amazing . The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. Both floors have an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The villa was well equipped, Very clean and comfortable. The pool was always clean, plenty of towels provided. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the local shops , bars and restaurants. Tanja helped us hire a boat to explore Hvar, also helped with local taxi services and car hire. All the family from the little baby to adults, all enjoyed our stay at the villa . Great memories.

Très jolie maison

Très jolie maison qui convient très bien pour 2 ou 3 familles. Les extérieurs sont impeccables, la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Une semaine sur l’ile de Brac suffit. Pas facile de faire de « grosses courses » pour nourrir 12 personnes. Village et alentours très calmes...

Family holidays

Our stay was just excellent! Tanja is so kind and helpful person. She gave us an advice about close beaches, restaurants, shops, fruit market and so on. All property is excellent for a stay of big family with small children. Pool and whirpool are really nice, same as outside dining table. Property is really very close to the marina, beaches, shops and bars/restaurants (about 5 min. by car).

Pfingsten 2019

Wir haben Pfingsten in der Villa von Tanja verbracht. 3 Familien, je 4 Personen (Kinder zwischen 9 und 15 Jahre). Wir alle waren mehr als begeistert von Tanjas Villa. Die Kinder haben unten geschlafen, die Erwachsenen oben. Die Veranda mit dem Essplatz ist sensationell. Der Poolbereich riesig. Es ist ruhig, der Blick unverbaut. Alles ist sehr sehr sauber. Internet funktioniert hervorragend. Tanja ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat viele Tipps. Der Ort Selca entpuppt sich als ein sehr lieblicher Ort mit 2 Supermärkten und einem Obststand. Ein wunderschöner Platz mit Restaurants und einer Bar. Die Bewohner sind alle auffallend freundlich. Pfingsten waren wir gefühlt die einzigsten Touristen im Ort. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

Villa Lucian is a stunning property, the villa was absolutely immaculate, very clean and spacious. There was enough space for 14 of us and each bedroom was equally lovely. The views from the top terrace are to die for, surrounded by mountains! The villa benefits from having a lovely pool but be aware the pool is not heated and hot tub is heated by the sun so if weather is not great which we experienced it can be too cold to enjoy. Tanja the host met us on arrival and arranged a welcome pack for us, she was there on hand for everything we needed. We couldnt ask for a better host! The villa is conveniently located by the main town of Selca where u can find a few restaurants, bars and supermarkets which you can walk to in around 5 minutes. Every where else u need to go by car, Sumartin is a lovely fishing village about 10 minutes drive with a stone beach, playground for kids and lovely restaurants. Despite the usual bad weather we all enjoyed the stay and I would definately return back. Thank you to Tanja for making us very welcome. Thanks Nadia

Schönes Haus und fantastischer Garten

waren im August 2018 eine Woche in dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und versuchen alles damit der Urlaub in Erinnerung bleibt. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer ist echt etwas Besonderes. Morgen nach dem Aufstehen in den Pool springen und nach dem Strand abends nochmals ist sehr angenehm und tut sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist Kroatischer guter Standart. Die Insel Brac bietet echt viel und ist super entspannend. Werden versuchen jedes Jahr nach Kroatien zu fahren.

Wonderful house and hosts.

We visited Selca with friends for one week in August and had realy amazing time. The house, swimming pool area and stunning views from the house was so inviting so we struggled to leave to go out and make the rest of the island surrounding. Our hosts Tanja and Ivica, who greeted us with all necessary information and help, couldn’t be more accommodating. Their house was beautiful and immaculately kept.
