Was a perfect location for a family holiday over summer. The pool was wonderful, the beach very accessible and family friendly. Access to all amenities, and public transport to Omis. The hosts were so helpful - a wonderful spread upon arrival providing a dinner for the whole family. The hosts offered a cooked meal one night - really lovely and good value. Even though it was a warm summer, the aircon in each room helped enormously, and there were plenty of areas for the family to retreat for quiet as desired. The children enjoyed the play room(s) and additional recreation activities. Overall a really great and memorable stay, something for everyone, enhanced by excellent service from our hosts.

Our stay at the Villa was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need is in the villa . Very clean and a great location . The beach is only a short stroll from the villa . Our flight had to be diverted to Dubrovnik due to a problem at Split airport . The owner of the property went out of his way and waited hours for us to travel on a coach from Dubrovnik to split Airport . On our arrival his wife had provided us us with food and drinks at 1 30 am in the morning. During our stay Sanja prepared a lovely local meal for 9 people . She also made a lovely chocolate cake . We also booked a private boat trip with her help . Brilliant hosts and wonderful villa .

We had a perfect stay at Villa Bane. The house and facilities were absolutely perfect for our family of seven, and we couldn’t fault the location.Sanja and Ante were incredibly helpful, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to returning to Ducr and would highly recommend Villa Bane to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.There are also some lovely restaurants nearby. We ate at Rojac and Šumica, and both were incredibly accommodating of our daughter’s nut allergy, which gave us great peace of mind.The beach is beautiful, with crystal-clear water, and we really enjoyed snorkelling and watching all the little fish. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday.Ante is also a taxi driver and offers taxi rides and transfers, which was incredibly convenient. He took us on several trips during our stay and was always punctual, friendly and helpful.Thank you for a fantastic stay — we hope to be back soon!

A great week. We came a week before the summer season began so many beach side bars and restaurants were not open. Our host was very hospitable - unexpected plated meats and Cheese when we arrived late, unrequested cakes delivered, and readily consumed. Only downside was the weather, late May and not much sunshine

We’d highly recommend staying here. It was exceptionally clean. Great communication with the host via text from before we even arrived. Sanja met us and showed us around, explaining how things worked, even helped us get the football on. The accommodation was exceptional. The location was perfect for us, with the pizzeria close by and the little shop by the beach. The beach was amazing and we would walk into Omiš along the beachfront the whole way, much better going this route with a pram or wheelchair as it’s flat the whole way. Sanja even cooked a beautiful peka for us and had a beautiful welcome meal ready for our arrival which was a lovely surprise as we were starving after our flight was delayed. She helped with arranging travel and activities. We’ve never had a better host.

We loved everything about Villa Bane! The house is gorgeous—the pictures don’t do it justice. With 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 10-14) we had plenty of space and privacy across 4 levels of the house, every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and each room kept out the noise of the rest of the house so we never had to worry about waking anyone else up. House was spotless and stocked with all of the basics. Bonus—our lovely host Sanja greeted us with an huge antipasti spread at check in (that became our dinner) and a fridge full of basics like milk, juice and beer. Sanja is super helpful and organized and lives just down the hill in case we needed anything. Pool has a beautiful view of the sea and plenty of seating areas. The sand beach is a short walk down the hill and has numerous beach cafes, gelato, chair rentals and more.Also just down the hill are a small market and a bakery stand (which we visited almost every morning). You can easily walk 15-20 mins along the beach path (biking and walking) into Omiš and avoid searching for parking. Safe after dark—we did it multiple times for dinner, and so the kids could visit the carnival that was in town. Wr highly recommend Villa Bane. We loved our stay here and the area! Thank you Sanja for taking great care of us.

Fabulous villa with a modern design. Host was superb and could not do enough to ensure our stay went smoothly. Area was convenient and clean with some good local bars. I would recommend this for families and friends who still want to be in reach of busy towns but need their own space.

Wonderful villa, highly recommended.

This is a very smart, modern, well equipped and furnished villa which was perfect for our extended family. Sanja was a perfect host and was just a few houses away if we had needed anything. The lunch that was laid out for us when we arrived was an incredibly thoughtful touch and very much appreciated, particularly the soparnik which was delicious! Great Stay !!

The Villa is just beautiful, I cannot recommend it enough. There were two families staying with six teenage kids. The en-suite rooms were prefect and the pool table and ping pong table provided great entertainment. The pool is a good size and plenty of room to lounge. The location is perfect as is a short walk to the beach and from there you can walk to many different bars and restaurants. We also walked to Omis along the beach several times for dinner. The host is very very responsive and will help with anything (recommendations / questions etc).

Fantastic Villa & Host

We spent an amazing week with Family and Friends relaxing at Villa Bane hosted by the wonderful Sanja. This is a spectacular property in a great location with something for everyone. There are a couple of bars and restaurants close by and the town of Omis is a 5min drive away. Great place to use as a base to explore this part of Croatia Our stay was made all the more special with the attention to detail and the assistance provided by Sanja when one of our group had a medical situation. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone considering staying here, you will not be disappointed an absolute 5 Star experience!

Lovely place

I loved my stay here. The house looked better in real life than in the picture. It was very beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pool was taken care of daily. The owners were always available to answer our questions and needs. To our surprise we were greeted with delicious lunch upon our arrival. The house is situated very close to restaurants and sandy beach. This place has my highest recommendation and I am definitely planning to come back here in the future. Emilia and Tomasz

The best holiday!

Ten of us -family and friends - were so looking forward to this holiday and it more than exceeded our expectations. Sanja and her family could not have been more welcoming. The villa is beautiful - immaculate with everything you could need and the pool was brilliant. She recommended three local restaurants - all were excellent and she cooked a Dalmatian Peka meal for us one night. Great location - a few minutes to the beach and a super local bakery. A couple of kilometres walk into stunning Omis. Would highly recommend. A superb holiday x

Beautiful Villa

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Bane. We were 2 families with teenage children. Everyone had a good time and we only wished we could have stayed longer. Sanja was helpful from the moment we arrived and anything we needed she was on hand. Great location, close to the beach for morning swims and also close to beautiful Omis which is worth a visit. The Cetina River is also in Omis, where we enjoyed a fantastic rafting experience. This was our first visit to Croatia and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Sanja, your villa is wonderful!

Great villa with fabulous heated pool

Thank you to Sanja for her warm welcome to Villa Bane - a beautiful meal laid out for us including a traditional flat bread which was delicious. The villa is very light, spacious and modern, perfect for our group of 8; plenty of room for everyone and we really appreciated the very warm and clean pool and jacuzzi, and the lovely terrace with plenty of loungers and tables. The beach was 5 minutes away with 2 great bars; the bus to Split just there too (so we did not need to hire a car). There is loads to do - we had a truly memorable private boat trip to Brac and several very good evenings out in Split and Omis. Croatia is gorgeous and this is a great villa to choose for your holiday.

Sun and fun in Croatia

This property met all our expectations and more. It was perfect for our three generational family of eight. We loved the light decor, the fully stocked kitchen, the large comfortable lounging/TV area, and a large dining room table for a family gathering. We enjoyed the large deck and pool and had a lot of fun in the billiards room. The laundry was convenient and our hosts our hosts made wonderful recommendations for us. It was a wonderful location for a nearby beach and for exploring other options for recreation. We enjoy cooking our own food and eating out at various restaurants. Croatia is a very welcoming country and we had a terrific experience there. We would highly recommend it.

Best apartment ever and Sanja is the best host

A fantastic apartment 5 star rating for us and have stopped as some fantastic villas in the past but this was the best The host Sanja was brilliant too and greeted us with a smile and stocked up some goodies for us when we arrived and even baked us some lovely cakes for us during our stay and dropped a bottle of wine off - nothing was too much trouble The location is great with a nice beach bar with lovely views right by the apartment and was a scenic short walk into Omis with lots of bars and quaint restaurants We will return again most definitely! 😎

Amazing host

Sanja the Villa owner was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. We arranged taxis, restaurant reservations and a boat trip through her. She also made us a fantastic. traditional meal - highly recommend. We hired a private boat tour via Sanja’s friend Mate which is a must- we had an amazing day at sea with the boat to ourselves a party of 6. Miho our airport taxi driver organised via Vibo - also acted as our tour guide and his local knowledge was invaluable. Private chef Martin came to the Villa and cooked us an amazing meal - highly recommend. Everyone we met on our holiday to Croatia were amazing - thank you all

Rejuvenating and relaxing family friendly home

We had an excellent stay at Villa Bane. We were greeted immediately by our hosts with a wonderful meal, beautiful and clean home, and local support for all of our needs. Traveling during Covid is difficult with a family, but our hosts helped us navigate the local system and helped reduce the stress that comes with COVID-19. Our children loved the heat of pool, the playroom and pool table. They played for hours and hours, rain or shine (allowing parents to relax and not entertain!). The local area has wonderful restaurants, bakeries and so much natural beauty. We often took morning walks on the beach which was just one or two minutes from the home. We are so grateful for the time in Croatia and hope to return again!
