Esta villa espaciosa y decorada con buen gusto con piscina se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo y natural con una maravillosa vista de las islas y el mar. La piscina está climatizada. La piscina se calienta en la pre / post temporada. También tenemos una parrilla al aire libre. El estacionamiento está en la propiedad justo al lado de la casa.
La villa moderna fue construida en 2014 en Duce Rogac, Dalmacia y es ideal para estancias más largas y relajantes. DuceRogac tiene una ubicación céntrica en Dalmacia y, por lo tanto, es un muy buen punto de partida para conocer esta región. Una visita a la ciudad más cercana de Omis, que está a solo 2,5 km, ofrece contenido adicional y entretenimiento para todas las edades. Visite la fortaleza pirata en Omis, disfrute de una aventura de rafting en el río Cetina, camine en un entorno impresionante, aproveche las oportunidades de escalada, bucee, pesque su cena o relájese en las hermosas playas de arena que adornan la costa desde Omis hasta Duce Rogac.

Wonderful property with superb facilities and the communication with the hosts was excellent. Bedrooms are large and the air conditioning throughout was great. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room was lovely too.Best part is the balcony area with spectacular views over the water towards the island of Brac. Stunning!Be aware that the villa is situated at the top of an extremely steep road. The beach is at the bottom of this road and is lovely early in the morning before it becomes extremely busy around 9am, and until the rest of the day.The coastline between Split and Omis was not what you would expect for the premium price of the villa.

The villa was perfect and beautifully clean. The two largest bedroom suites were glorious and the views stunning. Particularly worth mentioning was the cleanliness of the large fridge, large freezer, oven and swimming pool, which can often be less than ideal in other rental properties. The pool was beautiful and pure heaven in the August heat. While not huge it was still an ideal size for family fun and games and beautifully situated. Our host was friendly and helpful at all times and our girls loved picking fresh figs for breakfast each morning. All communications before and during the holiday were prompt and helpful. It was a treat to be able to walk into a beautiful air conditioned property with pre-arranged fridge supplies for a relaxed evening after a long day travelling. I would highly recommend this villa.

A Must Stay!

Villa Parsella provided beautiful accommodations for our family vacation to Croatia. The villa was modern, clean, andspacious for the 10 of us. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the beach was just down the hill for more fun. The location was great - walking distance to food shopping, restaurants and bars and easy to get into Omiš and Split for the night. Best of all, Branka, Mario and their children were excellent hosts - very kind and helpful. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!

Fabulous stay. Spotless villa with everything you could need and fantastic coastal views. I was celebrating a milestone birthday together with my husband and our 3 boys and their partners and the living space is very generous with several different areas to sit and relax although most of our time was spent on the balcony just off the kitchen area which maximises on the views. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Lovely property in a very nice area

A really nice property with lots of space for 4 adults and 4 children. It was clean and well presented on arrival and rooms are spacious including the downstairs living area which comfortably gave us space. It was easy to walk to the beach which we used on several days. The local restaurants were pleasant enough but not destinations of themselves.

Fabulous place, hosts and location

A beautiful property in Omis - the views are incredible, the stylish villa is beautifully presented and furnished. The pool area is stunning. Mario and Branka couldn't be more helpful and as owners it shows how much they care - they are great super hosts and always responsible. Highly recommend. Great plane to be

This is really a great place to be. Great view from the terrace and the Pool. The Villa is very modern I really loved the fridge where you can get frech and cool water. The best is the barbeque place up the Hill with the best view all oder the sea. Even the Sand beach is just a two Minute Walk away. We can recommend this Villa for sure and even looking for the next stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

A welcome break for two big families (total 4 adults 7 children)

The property is beautifully kept and equipped. The rooms are spacious and there are well maintained gardens and a lovely pool. The road up is short and steep (worth bearing in mind for those with mobility issues).However this means a secluded and elevated position with open country behind, wonderful views over the sea to the front and a welcome cooling breeze. Highly recommended for all.

Great house

We stayed for one week in May and liked the stay very much. The house was nice and clean. Lots of space and a good fitness room. The kids liked the pool but I found it a bit cold. I can definitely recommend the house! However, if someone are disabled you should not choose the house due to a steep hill to arrive at the house.

Just Wonderful!

What a beautiful villa with spectacular views! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were well kept and we even made friends with a tortoise who readies in the garden. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds and seating and the pool was very much needed during a heatwave. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this villas to anyone wishing to stay in the Omiš area, lots to do and see and the nearby beach was beautiful with lots of beach bars and some good restaurants - shokoo bar is a must for views and food! We would defiantly return to this villa!

Villa Parsella is a stunning villa. The views are incredible and the two little cats were very sweet. The location is great and the beach is perfect with access to several restaurants and a great selection of watersports. There is a small supermarket a 2 minute walk away and a larger supermarket which was a 5 minute drive. The supermarkets are very expensive though so you will need to budget for that. Omis is a wonderful town with beauty and a real buzz. We did the water rafting which was a brilliant afternoon. There are numerous companies who offer the rafting - we went with Croatia Rafting and they were great. The owners were always very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend the Villa and the location. Thank you so much.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Villa Parsella. It’s in a fantastic location within walking distance of shops, bars and the beach. You can walk into Omiš, or there are buses that run along the coastal road. The villa itself is very spacious, immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything you can think of. The views from the terrace are breathtaking! There’s loads to do in the local area - we walked to the Starigrad Fortress to see the sunset, went on the zip line, hired a boat for a day, went for a meal out in Omiš, paddle boarded and hired jet skis. Would recommend doing all of these!Communication with Branka and Mario was so easy - they were quick to answer questions throughout the booking process and their son Branimir was really helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the villa and we would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you!

AMAZING EVERYTHING

After our experience at the Villa Parsella we will most likely never spend another family vacation in a hotel. The home is very clean and well-kept. The balconies are really nice. We spent most of our time on the top level balcony just outside the living room. The location is perfect. It's right across the street from beach. We walked to the beach every day. There is no need for a car unless we drove into town. It really was a great experience. Villa Parsella is a wonderful place to stay! We loved the layout of the house- so spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking almost all of our meals there. Mario and Branka where so great to work with they give out tons of extra info you might need during your stay... we found it really helpful! We can't wait to return. A +

We just had a wonderful week at this villa. Two families of four, two adults and two young children each. There are two en-suite rooms and then the kids shared the family bathroom between them. There was an extra bedroom downstairs which we used to store all our beach stuff and cases!The drive up to the villa is very steep but manageable in a car and on foot (the 2 and 3 year old even managed half the hill before insisting on being carried!)! We walked to the beach and out for lunch/dinner a couple of times per day. The resident cats and tortoises were a hit with the children! The beds a king size and v. comfortable and the linen was soft (I tend to be a bit snobby about bedding but all was totally fine here!).The hosts were extremely responsive, before and during the trip. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

We would 100% stay here again!A huge thank you to Mario & Branka, and to their son Branos, for being such wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed during our stay.A couple of things to note:* Check-out is fairly early at 9:00am, so it’s worth planning for that.* If you have allergies or simply aren’t keen on animals, be aware that there are two incredibly friendly cats who live outside on the property. They are absolutely delightful and never caused us any issues.* There are also wild tortoises that wander through the gardens, which was such a lovely surprise! If you’d like to treat them, they love slices of cucumber or cabbage.We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to others.

Tolle Villa mit hervorragendem Blick aufs Meer

Super Ausblick aufs Meer, gute Ausstattung der Villa, etwas kleiner Pool, kurze sehr steile Strecke zum Meer, schöne Badebuchten mit Sandstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Achtung Allergiker: 2Katzen gehören zur Villa, die zwar draußen bleiben sollen, aber täglich gefüttert werden müssen und sich sehr breit machen.
