This rental is on quiet street located 11 miles from Airport, 4 miles from downtown Chattanooga and 2 miles from historic Chickamauga Battlefield. Perfect peaceful and quiet location. We are committed to your safety and ours. Everything will be sanitized after each guest. Duplex is very cozy, modern and minimal! It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is very convenient. Each room is put together for your comfort.

It is very convenient to attractions such a Aquarium, Discovery Museum, High Point Rock Climbing, Chattanooga Zoo, Rock City, Ruby Falls and the Incline Railway.

Shop in trendy Chattanooga's North Shore area or Hamilton Place Mall which is only 8 miles away. This is the upstairs unit in a duplex.


**The Space**
We are committed to your safety and ours. Everything will be sanitized after each guest.

This property is very cozy, modern and minimal! It is in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle but a short drive away! It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is very convenient! Each room is put together for your comfort.

Extensive renovations completed in December 2020 includes upgraded finishes in the bathroom, kitchen and main living space. All kitchen appliances are new.

Though we’ve kept it simple, the apartment is carefully stocked to meet the needs of busy travelers, explorers, and those seeking a beautiful home base for local business and adventure, or even a vacationer looking for a serene retreat.
As soon as you enter the property you will step into the living room. This room has a comfy tufted sofa to watch TV or interact with guest who is in the kitchen as they are adjoining rooms. Fully appointed kitchen if you enjoy cooking. A coffee station with a Keurig is also available during your stay. Bedrooms have a queen size bed that is super comfortable according to past guest and living room has a sofa with two modern acrylic chairs (no tv in bedrooms).

Business travelers will enjoy EPB high speed fiber internet (known to be the fastest in the country), easy access to downtown Chattanooga, as well as a quick commute to downtown Rossville.

We are locals and are happy to help you plan excursions in and around the area. Or, day trips outside the city.

“This is the south”. Though we treat for pest our home is over 60 years old. The yard will have mosquitos, small spiders and sometimes small lizards! You may see a palmetto bug. I hate them and you will hate them! But this is a “south” issue and not a cleanliness one! We clean and sanitize after each guest!!

We enjoyed our stay; the house suited our needs (2 adults, 1 child). We weren’t there for meals as we spent our few days out exploring but the kitchen had everything we needed for our small breakfasts. Location to where we explored (a few caves within an hour of the rental), along with downtown Chattanooga, was great. Rhonda was extremely communicative and accommodating, and we give her personally 5 stars!

Perfect lodging for our family of three

Rhonda was amazing at communicating and responds very quickly. We were in the area for my daughter's softball event. We had a long drive traveling from Ohio and when we arrived rain had delayed our daughter's softball games. Rhonda let us check-in early, so we had a place to wait out the rain for a few hours. We appreciated her being very accommodating. The house was perfect for the three of us. We all had our own space and enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Super clean with easy check-in. We needed a safe clean location to stay prior to my daughter's proctored state board exam at the testing center 15 mins away in Chattanooga. Stopped at Food City and picked up dinner - kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Don't want to stay near the airport or mid-city? ... this is a great alternative.

This property was a perfect stay for a family weekend. The house was only 10-15 minutes from Chattanooga/Rock City/Ruby Falls. The house was very clean and decorated super cute. Family visit

Rhonda was great to work with--lots of communication and the house was just as pictured on listing. My daughters and I enjoyed our stay there and ate some good meals together. (The kitchen was stocked well for what we needed.) We were able to get into Chattanooga easily and do some shopping there.

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect property for our weekend getaway. The house was exactly as pictured and described and fit our party just right. The communication from the owner was stellar and they even left us some drinks and snacks in the property for our stay. The home is in a quiet residential area but only 10-20 minutes from all popular attractions. We will be back!

Great home base

Great little home base in a quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes from Chattanooga. Great for a quick weekend getaway with easy access to Chattanooga, rock city and exploring the beautiful scenery. Make sure to swing thru the produce market just down to block. House was well appointed and clean including comfortable beds. Great for a break in the day from exploring and cleaning up and a good nights rest. Just what you need after a full day.
