Check-in from 3:30 pm to 10 pm, check-out before 11 am, flexible on request and subject to availability.

- Kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine, crockery and kitchen utensils.
- table/counter with 5 chairs inside:
- Table with 5 chairs outside.
- picnic table and 5 deckchairs on the roof terrace (private, included in the rental)
- Bed linen: per bed: pillows and pillow protectors, mattress protectors, fitted sheets, duvet covers, duvets.
- Bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
- A travel cot as well as a baby bath, and a baby chair can be made available on request in advance and subject to availability. Linen provided: mattress protector, sheet, sleeping bag size 1/2 years.

Arrivals only on SATURDAYS in JULY/AUGUST (or SUNDAY subject to availability)

Non-smoking accommodation

We do not charge cleaning fees in order to reduce prices
-> The apartment must therefore be returned with a vacuum cleaner, dishes clean, well wiped and tidy.
A cleaning kit will be at your disposal.

In the event that the apartment is returned dirty, 50€ will be deducted from the deposit. Thank you

A small, calm dog accompanying its owner on each of his outings can be accepted on request.
Cats refused.

Parties not allowed, correct behaviour required.
Proof of identity may be requested upon arrival.
