Second stay and very enjoyable!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we love it. Convenient location, clean and cozy home. Small hiccup with the prior Guest having lost the golf cart key, but the property manager helped us secure another one until a replacement key could be provided.

Just perfect!

We’ve been to 30A on multiple occasions and this was our best stay yet! The home was cozy and comfortable, we loved having access to the golf cart and the amenities were a huge plus! Beach Access Misrepresented

The property was very nice but the day we arrived we made several calls to track down wrist bands that were supposed to be there. Additionally, we were told that the beach was .7 miles from the rental. In fact, it was closer to 3 miles. Some linens and blanket were missing for the trundle and some mold in the master shower and AC vents.

Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed our Christmas vacation. It wasn’t the cleanest place we had stayed and there were a few things that didn’t work but they were quickly addressed with the property manager. It was conveniently located to the Publix and the golf cart was good to get around to other locations.that were a little further away.

Awesome house and awesome location. Easy golf cart access to Publix and it is the quietest part of the neighborhood. They missed on the check in process. We communicated the whole day on our arrival time and we should up and it hadn’t been touched. They showed up and cleaned it but I had to give them a hard time.

The tv in the spare bedroom did not work. The Xbox controller was broken in the same bedroom. Overall all experience was great though.

The house was not clean. It was disgusting. Had to wipe out drawers and mop the floor. There were no cabinets in the kitchen. Do not stay here!

Worst House in Watercolor

(1) Location - is behind the Publix. 40 Minute walk to the beach (2) House - states that it sleeps 9 - but that is counting a Full bed as 2 adults and a single Trundle as another adult.(3) Kitchen with virtually Nothing - do not expect to cook here. (4) Basics - Toilet paper not provided. Trash bags not provided. 2 Pods for the Dishwasher though! I would not wish this house on my worst enemy.

Ok property, no communication

We stay in Watercolor 3 times a year as a family and this one was our least favorite, thus far. While the property and home was pretty nice(outside of the extremely hard beds). We tried to communicate with the property manager on several occasions about the internet not working and we got the same robotic response with no assistance. There weren’t any laundry pods and limited linens. Property and having the golf cart was nice but the beds were extremely hard, left us all sore and the stay wasn’t what we are used to for Watercolor.

Perfect for a low key family get away!

So when I had read the reviews on this site, some had listened it as not clean. I totally disagree. This property was spotless when we arrived. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. It was close to everything, especially the store. Having the golf cart to take everywhere was amazing! The location was quiet, and right across from the dog walk if you bring a pet. We had everything we needed for our first day provided. We never needed to call anyone for anything. Check in was easy- keyless entry. If I had any questions I just referred to my email or website. We would for sure come back! My family is picky, especially my kids. We typically vacation at high end resorts and with other families. I have to say this is one of our best vacations we have had together! We spent real quality time just us, exploring Watercolor each day. We loved it here!

We recently stayed in WaterColor on 30A, and while we had an enjoyable time overall, there were several issues that fell short of expectations.Check-in was frustrating from the start. We were given the wrong rental packet, which resulted in us being turned away at the pool with our kids—something we had promised them right when we arrived. It took several hours for the property manager to respond and resolve the issue, which unfortunately cost us most of our first evening of amenities.We had also planned to cook dinner the first night, but the propane tank was empty. To their credit, the property manager did bring a replacement, but it delayed our evening plans.Inside the home, there were multiple maintenance and comfort concerns. The TVs upstairs did not function properly and were stuck on one channel despite trying different remotes. The blinds in the yellow bedroom were broken, and overall the home could use some updating. We noticed areas that needed attention, such as worn trim, wood rot on the decking, and general cleanliness that didn’t meet expectations.Additionally, the home was not well stocked. There were not enough blankets for the number of beds, and some beds lacked adequate bedding. The mattresses themselves were also not very comfortable.Overall, we still made the best of our trip and enjoyed our time in WC, but this particular property needs some maintenance, better stocking, and improved communication to match the expectations of the area & price.

This property was very good as far as the location, layout with private bathrooms for each bedroom, golf cart, bikes, pet friendliness, and access to the watercolor amenities (eventually). The reason I’d recommend staying elsewhere is the management company. When we arrived, the front & side doors to the house were unlocked. The lockbox code we were given for the golf cart key was incorrect. Then when we got the correct one, the key wasn’t in the box. We later found it inside the home. The WiFi given was also incorrect. The parking pass was expired. The watercolor wristbands didn’t work when we tried to scan them at Camp Watercolor. We later learned from locals that this is a common problem with the less reliable management companies who are responsible for exchanging them & the parking passes between stays. It should be easily avoidable and/or fixed, yet we had been there nearly 24 hours before it was corrected & the confusion, lack of communication, poor customer service, and poor compensation from the management company were unacceptable - particularly considering how much we paid for the rental specifically to have access to the watercolor amenities that we could not access.
