F La Haute Foret proche mer

Very comfortable house of 90m², close from the forrest and facing la passe de Trillou (pathay). Composed of a large living room (kitchen + dining room + lounge). 4 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. 1 bed is 160cm wide, 2 double beds and 3 single beds for a total of 9 guests to be accomodated. A large terrasse for the summer and and functional chimney for the winter. New electric heaters will add even more comfort to the whole. The big plus of the villa are that 3 bedrooms are well separated from the rest and will allow everyone to enjoy his/her own space, and the proximity of the sea. You can go by foot from the house to the sea having to go through a walkway only and the forrest. You will arrive at the south of Vertbois beach or North of Grand Village beach, so if you are looking for a watched swimming area you'll have 2 around for your convenience without the stress of parking a car. Internet connection in the house. Filter coffee machine. pets welcome. Depending on your dates of stay and channel of booking, a tourism tax may be added to your total and requested at your arrival. L'île d'Oléron à visiter

La maison est bien située, promenade ,baignade,surf,bicyclette. La maison est spacieuse,literie confortable. Le ménage mal fait (toile d'araignée, poussière sur les meubles) Cafetière filtre hors d'usage. Belle terrasse , dommage il manquait des chaises longues et un parasol.
