New renovation is complete, updated pictures, book before we raise pricing, take advantage of great rates. Living area bumped out to make it more spacious, open and airy, neutral and light color palette, freshly redone kitchen!
Fabulous and meticulously maintained, numerous updates grace this 2 bedroom, 2 bath top floor end unit. The neutral pallet for this sophisticated urban chic villa is nestled in the tree tops with a peaceful and serene setting. Premium grade and scratch resistant bamboo floors through out, except upgraded stone flooring in the entry way and kitchen, smooth ceilings are a few of the recent upgrades. The kitchen cabinets with custom stainless roll out shelving, bath vanities, and wet bar were all custom by a cabinet maker. Close to East Beach, Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary Hotel, & Roy Barth Tennis Center.

The spacious master has a comfy king bed, the second bedroom has a queen.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

There is no parking close to the beach access and it is a long walk, so bikes with a trailer were necessary for us. We like for our stay to look tidy and orderly, but there were so many locked cabinets and doors that this was not possible. Luggage and beach gear had to be lined up against the walls. Televisions were a challenge. No cable in the main living area.

Well appointed and centralized location.Minor issues with the electronic lock, which maintenance addressed timely, as well as a water heater that didn’t allow for a bath and a hot shower to be run at the same time were our only issues. We enjoyed short bike rides (and even shorter car rides) to the beach, easy walks to the sanctuary for dinner and ice cream. The kitchen and living spaces were wonderful and we all got great nights of sleep. We visit Kiawah every year and stay in this neighborhood because of its convenience and this year was no different. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sub par experience

Overall booking was pretty straight forward, but the instructions for accessing the unit were not clear at all. There were several items in the unit that were broken (drain stoppers, and a leaky toilet). We expected better.

Thank you so much for your helpful feedback. We had a bit of a mix-up with the lock situation upon your arrival as a new lock was installed, we apologize and fortunately had someone there to assist you within minutes of your call to personally show you how to work the new locking system and have since updated our arrival info to reflect the change so its no longer an issue. We apologize for the few plumbing issues and sent a plumber to fix the toilet and replace drain stoppers so that's all tidied and ready to go. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your visit.

Very clean and centrally located

This condo was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It also had more seating on the patio than the photos show - seating for 6. It is a 10-15 min walk to the beach or 5 min bike ride. With the gear credit we got bikes and a bike cart which made the trip to the beach so easy! And the equipment was delivered before we arrived. Walkable to the Sanctuary and Heron market. Highly recommend this unit.
