"Being that this was a new listing, we weren't sure what to expect, but we pleasantly surprised with everything that this property had to offer. The support staff were very friendly and responsive.Our family really enjoys the Hilton Waikoloa Village for the kids and the included passes and parking validation worked out great.Tip:Just keep in mind that the pass is "officially" only for 6 people/wrist bands, but hotel didn't seem strict at all. "The townhouse was really nice and comfortable. We utilized the pool and tennis court. Location was great! We want to come back soon! One suggestion for improvement: having blackout blinds or shades in the bedrooms would have been nice so you can sleep in on vacation if desired. Thanks for the great stay!"

"This was my 1st VRBO experience & Cindy made it a breeze! First off, emails were quickly answered. ‘Check in’ process was easy peasy but if you get there at night the place is a little hard to find because there isn’t much outside lighting which is the case for the island in general. The place is easy to ‘use’ because the host has labeled everything.BTW, the coffee filters are in the long cabinet.
