In a quiet location near the lake nurse is available this exclusive holiday home for sole use for you. All-day sun terrace, beautiful garden with a spacious terrace and balcony upstairs. Enjoy the dream panorama of the Garmisch mountains! Endless recreational activities all around.
Sunny and quiet location in a mature and popular residential area Garmisch, offers the very well maintained cottage "Diamond Mountain" a lot of space for the family or two couples under one roof.
7 rooms are divided over 2 floors. The elegant fitted kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace on the ground floor or the studio room with glazed gable view upstairs are real highlights. From the beautiful south west facing terrace and the partially covered loggia in the same orientation upstairs glorious sunshine hours can enjoy with unobstructed mountain views.
The condition of the property is very well maintained, the interior quality.
Ample storage room is available on all floors.
All bedrooms and the living room have been refurbished. Spacious kitchen with all necessary equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A large dining table with seating for 10 people, a Zirbelstubenecke, living room with fireplace - all at its finest. Given the huge terrace, which has been completely renovated.

Great ski holiday for 2 families

We stayed here as 2 families with children aged 11-18. The house is very spacious and warm with plenty of bathrooms and a big table to eat together. There was plenty of space to park 2 cars. We used the car to go skiing each day but walked into town in the evenings.

Getaway in garmisch

The house was big enough for our family of 6 adults. Located on the edge of downtown Garmisch, it still felt like the country with birds singing, rosters crowing, and goats and sheep ringing their bells. The mountain views were spectacular. The house had old world charm while being modernized in many areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Delightful home in spectacular surrounds

We loved this property. There were spectacular views from just about every room in the house, and it was really well equipped for our group of grandparents, parents and kids. The neighbourhood is really quiet and the town of Garmisch is within walking distance. Our kids spent hours outside playing in the garden and it was a really nice surprise to wake to a few inches of snow one morning. Would love to stay here again

Nice wintertrip with our family in sunny Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Room enough for our group, well equipped kitchen although we are not used to electric cooking. The skies could be stored in the garage. We gathered mostly in the dining room, so here's a tip: when there is an extra couch or some chairs the living room was used more. The beds were good. The location is near to the nice city centre with a lot of stores bakeries and restaurants.

The house was very clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked,

We loved this house and the area. This was a great home base for our family of five. We have three children ages 24,22, and 14, so it was important after a long day of sightseeing for them to be able to come home and relax a bit and have their own space. This house allowed all that! The living room, the dining area, was so nice for us to come together for meals and relaxation. The kitchen was all stocked with everything we needed, even though we really only used it for breakfast. The Office where we picked up our key were so patient with us, because it took us twice as long to drive in from Landstuhl with all the traffic delays . They worked along with us to arrange for us to pick up the key and then come back later for paperwork . It was so nice to wake up in the mornings, and have fresh bread delivered to the house that was an added bonus! I can't say enough about this house or how nice it was to work with Thomas. He answered all our questions, and was so helpful. This was my first trip to Germany, and we used this house to make many day trips to see all the sites in the area and we were able to make some precious memories. If I ever get the privilege to come back, I would love to stay in this house again! Cathy Ackers U.S

Gute Lage, schnell in der Stadtmitte

Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig. Der Anfrage nach mehr überzogenen Betten wurde schnell nachgegangen. Geschirr wie Kaffeelöffel, Trinkgläser selbst für 4 Personen sind nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Es wäre sicherlich schöner gewesen, wenn nur wenige Details beachtet worden wären, um sich mehr heimeliger und aufgehoben zu fühlen.

Christmas in Bavaria

Great property in a wonderful location. Hopefully Thomas has conducted a very deep cleaning as the house needs it. The house is very comfortable and in a great location. If you turn right, you can walk to the town center in 15 minutes. Turn left and you are on mountain hiking trails with 2 lovely and tasty huttes and castle ruins within a 30 minute hike through the alpine forest. Thank you Thomas!

Nice house In beautiful surroundings

We had a fantastic holiday in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The house was clean and nice for two small families. However please be aware that 1) the WiFi is extremely slow and is not able to accommodate the user from four teenagers and 2) the kitchen does not have enough wineglass ect for 8 people.

Great place

We are a party of 4 and stayed for 4 days. It is a lovely property and the town was interesting . We did several fantastic hikes/ walks and enjoyed it all.

Comfortable spacious holiday homee

We had a lovely stay here, very spacious for six of us, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The key was left in a safe so we could check in any time which allowed us to arrive late after a day exploring Munich. We would certainly visit again but hope for more sun next time!

Impressive and inviting.

Our family was so fortunate to spend the week before Christmas in Garmisch. The property was clean, well-equipped and family friendly. Mr. Baumberger was kind and generous, our family was well taken care of. On our next journey to Bavaria, we will definitely include this lovely property. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home and location.

A most memorable New Years ever. A great place to watch all of the festivities from the rear of the home to the front of the home. Sights of the mountains from the rear porch were breath taking. Very close to all of the conveniences of the city for shopping and dining. We never met Thomas and would have liked to discuss several minor issues with him for instance no internet during our stay. For American visitors a drier means a drying rack . We enjoyed the city and would love to visit again. We would stay here again provided all amenities were functional. An enclosed garage was really a nice thing to have . Again a very nice place to stay.

Advents-WE in GAP

Großes Haus - Platz für 8 Personen war gut Manche Fenster würden sich über etwas "Tesa-Moll" freuen und die Putzfirma könnte einen Tick ordentlicher sein. Ansonsten hat alles gut funktioniert!

Very spacious and clean house.

We enjoyed our time in this Garmish-Partenkirchen property even though we were not in the house very much. It was very clean and spacious. Make sure you arrange for a key somewhere as we went up to the mountain and were in long lines and could not get to the uptown office before they closed and then the next day was a national holiday and the office was closed. We worked it out with Thomas who stopped by and had a good conversation with him and all was fine. Our only issue with the house was that only one bedroom is downstairs and there are 2 full bathrooms downstairs so one of the couples upstairs had to always come downstairs to shower or else use the other couples bathroom upstairs. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend the house despite the bathroom issue.
