The property was great. Be aware that it is a gated community so be prepared with the address, building number and condo number in order to get on the property. The pool is down the street (10 - 15 minute walk) so be aware of that if you have littles or don't want to make the walk in the heat. We opted to drive to the pool during our stay. The space was great for our group (6 of us) and there was a large back yard area for relaxing or letting kids run around. The clubhouse has a restaurant with food that you can order if you don't feel like getting out or want a pizza delivered to your condo. The condo is pet friendly and that is the primary reason we chose the property, but I didn't end up bringing an animal. If you do have an animal the location of the condo would make it easy for walks and letting them run in the grassy areas. Overall, this property was just right for us and we appreciated all the amenities it offered.

We stayed in Branson for a cheer competition in December and family came in from other states, so this was the perfect place for us. The condo was warm, comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious! Christmas tree was up and so pretty. Easy to get to, easy to get in and out, not far from downtown. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Quiet Cottage. The space felt just like home. It had everything we needed, plenty of room for our whole family and was so clean. We enjoyed grilling out, the amenities of Point Royale and fishing in the river. We hope to stay here again in the future.
