Information about this condo rental in Truro:
Fantastic views with a private beach. Less than 20 feet to Cape Cod bay! Cozy second floor condo with separate bedroom and oversized marble bath. Enjoy peaceful long walks along the shore, or a dip in the bay. Beautiful sunsets from your deck, with a view of Pilgrim Monument from the beach. Conveniently located minutes from Provincetown. Walk to the shuttle bus to downtown Provincetown. This Ebb Tide Condo is located on Cape Cod Bay. There is a large private deck overlooking the water with a gas grill for barbequing. The kitchen has a sink, cook top, half fridge with freezer as well as utensils and dinnerware for 2 people. A skylight in the living area provides exceptional light. Basic cable TV is provided.. All the ingredients for a great vacation. Small dogs (under 20 lbs) are OK, but a pet fee will be required.


Basic info: Linens, towels and paper products are not provided. Internet access is provided. This condo is ideal for 2 people . All manuals for appliances should be in the cabinet under the sink. Please use caution when using the gas grill, as this is a wooden structure. Daily housekeeping is not included. Please leave furniture where it is and leave the place the way you found it. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Have a great vacation and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Wonderful place

Great spot right on the bay. It’s amazing that a small place like this could be so well equipped. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying there again!

Wonderful

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the condo. It was super cute and clean and we had everything we needed, would definitely go back. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Condo with bay view

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and had everything you would need for 2 people. If you want to be right on the beach with a bay view, this is the place. The location is great. We hope to return next summer.

Quiet retreat with beautiful sunsets

Nice cozy and clean. Great porch to watch the stars at night. It helped having air conditioning.

Amazing

I just love this place. I have stayed here a few times and when I leave I think about my next stay. The owner is always available, the place is clean and very comfortable and you cannot beat the location. I really enjoy sitting on the deck and enjoying the sunsets.

The Joys of Cape Cod Bay

My partner, Stan Moulton, and I loved staying for eleven nights at "Ebb Tide on the Bay"! In fact, we enjoyed it so much that re-entry back to Western Massachusetts has been challenging! Oh, to walk out on the deck and commune with Cape Cod Bay with morning coffee or at wine o'clock! Mike was an excellent host--promptly responsive to any question we had. But for a few days when we didn't have WiFi due to a brief power outage--a problem that was easily remedied by a trip to the North Truro library---our stay was heavenly. Thanks, Mike! We'll be back!

Convenient to everything

The location was great. Convenient to other beaches and Provincetown. It was great to sit on the porch just to soak in the local beach and surf.

Mike was very attentive & responded to calls-txts within minutes. The rental was a perfect getaway.

Perfect views of the ocean, great size for two ppl. Pictures of the property were spot on! The property was clean, parking was easy & the closeness to Providence town was just what we needed.

Ah-mazing

We absolutely LOVED this apartment. It’s exactly what you see in the pictures. The bathroom looks more updated in person. The apartment was nice and clean. You go down the deck stairs and your on the sand. It was absolutely wonderful. Were 100% staying here again. It made us want to buy a condo right there!!! Amazing location.

Fabulous location

It was so nice to be right on the water! We swam everyday! Fun for our dogs too! Small, ( just right for two people) clean and with a great location and view!

Great place for a couple

Super great location, cozy and clean. Close to Ptown and some incredible beaches. The place is a bit small, but perfect for two people. Owner provided everything we needed, and was very responsive. Would book again!

Perfect little condo on amazing private beach

My parent's stayed here for their retirement gift, and had an absolute blast!! My husband and I visited them for a day to check it out, and the unit is small but updated and very clean, with a small deck where you can sit for coffee! Absolutely perfect for 2 people, it's all you need when you're at the beach. They had everything they needed. The owner is super attentive and great communication. The private beach was perfect and at this time of year the water was very warm. They loved the location, very close to Ptown and walkable to downtown Truro. My dad biked to Provincetown several times to explore! My husband and I would consider coming here ourselves some day!! Cassie

Magical stay

I stayed here many years ago, and the place is still magical. The location is great, the tides and the skyline are always changing so you feel like you are in a different location on a daily basis.

Perfect and great location

Property was very clean, easy to get to and accurately described. The location was excellent with a private little beach and a gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck. Highly recommend!

North Truro condo on the beach

The condo has a great location a short drive or bike ride away from Provincetown. Ideal for 2 people. Owner Mike is very responsive and helpful to any questions. The air conditioning is a big help on hot days. Kitchen is small but functional. Bed is very comfortable. Beach is a mix of rocks and sand so water shoes might be helpful.

smelled bad, decrepit, old, dingy

after a six hour drive, we got there, opened the door, went in and .. was overpowered by the moldy, dank smell.. I had an asthmatic allergic reaction and we had to leave immediately and try and find somewhere else for the night. The property description is missing a few things - "moldy odor", "dingy", "decrepit", "old", "small"

Cozy condo on beautiful quiet beach

My husband and I had a wonderful week in this tidy condo on the beach! The location is fantastic...on a quiet beach but very close to all the fun and liveliness of Provincetown. We got around easily by Uber—lots of friendly Uber drivers around. The beach is only accessible by guests and residents of this condo and others, so most of the time it felt private. Great view of the water from the deck, which is located on the side of the building. We spent most of our time on the deck or in chairs on the beach, reading or just relaxing and soaking up the heavenly salt air. The water on the beach was the perfect temperature—much warmer than I expected and just healing and wonderful. Fantastic, idyllic location! The condo itself was exactly as we expected—with the essentials we needed. One thing to mention: I’m disabled (walk with a cane) and it was a little scary walking from the parking area up to the unit due to a tricky corner edge on the first floor deck. Just something to be aware of. Overall this is an ideal place for a couple’s getaway! We hope to return soon and highly recommend!
