It is 33 square meters, includes a living room with several storage spaces and can accommodate up to 2 people.

Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it includes:
- a corner night with a sofa bed ;
- a shower room ;
- and an open and fully equipped kitchen.
The accommodation is not recommended for children under 6.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Please note that sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost. A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

- close to restaurants, shops and buses;
- 260 m from a supermarket "Carrefour City" for your daily shopping;
- close to the hypercenter and the beach of the Croisette.
