Apartamento sucio

Hello Michael, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are very sorry that the accommodation did not meet cleanliness standards upon your arrival. Once your complaint was received, our local agency arranged for a cleaning staff to return and address the issue. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused and are taking steps to ensure such situations are prevented from reoccuring. Kind regards, Interhome.
