Why Tammy chose Winter Park
Uniquely located on the Fraser River the owners acquired the site in 2005 and proceeded to develop The Telemark property. When selecting the site of the home, the owners were drawn to both the sound and views of the river with the Continental Divide in the background.
What makes this Townhome unique
The home has custom features throughout such as hand picked slab granite in both the kitchen and all baths, custom lighting, upgraded travertine tile in the master baths and slate flooring in the kitchen, dining and entry areas. The subject location was desirable to the owners due to the privacy and proximity to the Fraser River and the sunlight that one receives throughout the day.
