Welcome to Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses! This 3 bed, 2 baths with a loft offers breath-taking views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Spacious & newly renovated, this unit does not disappoint! This is a top-end unit so lots of natural light. From the luxury linens down to the attention to detail, your vacation will be one to remember! Sit on the covered deck & watch and listen to the waves roll in. Centrally located in a Boutique 33 unit complex, Seascape offers you steps to the beach plus all amenities that Orange Beach has to offer! 2 covered parking spots are included in this rental. We want you to relax and enjoy! We strive to make sure your stay is one to remember!

The place was amazing, very clean and roomy, one- or two-minute walk to the beach. The owner supplied you with extra pillows, blankets, beach towels, lots of bath towels, iron, blow dryers, beach chairs, toys, wagon, and many other items. This place had it all. We would stay at this place again it was also close to many things.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Check in was flawless. Hostess sent the code several days before our reservation and the house was ready for us when we got there. After an 11hr drive, we were able to get settled in with no frustration. We had 6 adults and 3 kids in our group and we were all comfortable with beds to spare! Condo was spacious and well laid out floor plan allowed us to be together without being cramped. The grandkids loved the loft area. The adults enjoyed the balcony where we could read our Bibles and drink coffee. Easy walk to the beach even for the toddler. There was a storage box and wagon full of sand/water toys and beach chairs. Full sized washer and dryer came in very handy to keep towels and swimwear fresh during our stay. The handheld vacuum and blower was a nice touch to keep sand to a minimum inside the condo after our beach days. Kitchen was fully stocked, even though we didn’t use it. We will defiantly keep this on our list for future trips and will be sharing with our friends!

Very clean and very comfortable. Family said it was the best placed we have stayed at in quite some time. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own private area. This was my nephews first time seeing the beach and my daughter got engaged on our second night!

Spacious & Perfect!

We stayed here for our annual Granny Camp with my 3 grandchildren & great niece & nephew. There was a spacious loft with room for the 3 boys, a bedroom for the 2 girls, a king room for my sis-in-law & a king room for my husband & me. The living area was large enough to seat all 8 of us and there was also ample seating around the dining table. The kids enjoyed hanging out on the huge deck in the high patio chairs which allowed them to see out to the beach. We thought from the property photos that there would be a limited view but we could see beach on the east side as far as you could see. The washer & dryer were convenient to keep beach towels & bath towels washed and ready for the next day. It was a short walk to access the beach. Beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels & a wagon were all onsite for use. Activities we enjoyed most were a Dolphin Cruise (listed in the handbook at the condo), Tropic Falls water & amusement park in nearby Foley, Sunliner Diner (make sure you get a milkshake) & dinner at Lambert's home of the throwed rolls (the kids loved it) also in nearby Foley. I did have to reach out to the owner with a question upon arrival and she responded right away. We could not have asked for a better accommodation! 10 out of 10!

Memorial weekend

We stayed 5 days at this condo. We had a group of 8 and never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space. My teenage daughter and her two friends really enjoyed the loft. The walk to the beach was easy. Condo was just as described and the pictures are spot on. We will definitely plan on staying there again.

Great for family vacation

This is an excellent spot for a large family - babies included! We appreciated the high chair, pack-n-play, and baby bath items that were provided. The balcony access made it easy to come off the beach and go to the balcony to clean off before going inside...and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals each day. Great communication from the host leading up to our stay and everything was seamless! Will be booking this again!

Great family vacay

The condo was very nice. On the smaller side for a 3 bed/2 bath. Has everything you might need and a little too much. Property grounds need TLC. Elevator had issues day 1 and day 7. So if walking up or down 3 flights of stairs is an issue, be ware.

Honeymoon Getaway

This was a beautiful place to relax and stay. The beach was right outside and very convenient to walk to. It was a bonus that the condo had extra amenities (beach chairs wagon etc) so that we didn’t have to pack those large items. Hosts were friendly and had a lovely place that was comfortable to stay in.

Great family vacation spot!

Great condo for our family of 9. The teens stayed in the loft. Great views from the deck and easy beach access. Since the condo building was small with just a few houses in front, the beach was much less crowded than all the high rises around us. Clean, cute updated decor and comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again!

One to Remember

This place was amazing, accommodating in every way. Several things truly made this location excel above most I’ve stayed in. Beautiful scenery, peaceful, the deck seemed to have a continuous breeze. The volleyball court was directly in front of the ocean side, easy accessible. Several toiletries had been provided, along with all the little things needed but are easy to forget. I would highly recommend!!!

Girls Beach Trip

The property had been well maintained, had plenty of room for the 9 of us. Amenities and Linens supplied was abundant. Would definitely stay there again. Host responded quickly to questions or issues. Suggest Kleenex tissue should be added to bathrooms.

3 full bedrooms with a loft that serves as a 4th bedroom! 23 feet of deck space for your viewing pleasure and you never have to drag sandy beach items inside. Souvenir City is right in front of this location as well as an arcade across the street. Beach is steps away!
