The pictures online did not properly depict the condition of the place. We could see that the apartment has been heavily used and it is time for some updates in the bathroom. We had a great time in Nashville none the less and appreciated the location.

I received an email with very detailed instructions on accessing the property. It appeared that this how the owner wanted to communicate with me. It was great except the code I was given was incorrect. The owner provided the correct code on the VRBO portal. The owner did not accept my calls or respond to my text messages. I thought I had been scammed. Luckily, Rodney did take my calls and assisted me. The location of the apartment was great. Plan to bring earplugs. The neighbors in the apartment above home are noisy from 1:30 to 4 am every morning.

Everything as advertised. Great location; great balcony. Check-in process was a tad cumbersome.....but, the bluetooth app/key always worked well. Once we were in, we were in.

We had a great time. The area is filled with restaurants and shopping. We spent our mornings and eveings perched above 11th and Pine, people watching from the wrap around deck. The host was super responsive, although we didn't have connect much, just the normal few questions upon check in and with parking. The check in instructions were lengthy to get into the bldg the first time, but they were super detailed. Although it was lengthy, its to insure safety in the bldg and completely understandable. Once you have the key fobs, entering and exiting the bldg is a breeze. Also, we were shocked we never really heard a lot of noise in the bldg. Super quite and relaxing. You hear some of the sounds of the street below, but it added to the energy and good vibes. Over all, 5 stars! I would love to stay longer and would definatley look to book with this host again!

Great Location and Pool

Close to restaurants, shops and a short walk to Broadway. Would stay here again. The pool was fantastic and the amenities were good.

Stayed for 3 nights with 2 couples and it was perfect! The check-in instructions were easy to follow. The location was the best. So nice to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the activity of the area. Communication was very easy with Amanda. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

This was the perfect place to stay for me and my family. There was plenty of space with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and the location is great.
