Quiet RV living on a shared and gated lot with your own private driveway and 5 ft high fenced yard. This furnished 2 bedroom cozy trailer has 2 slide outs with queen and twin beds.

All utilities included: electric, water, sewer, trash, propane, WiFi, Dish Network and Roku TV. Outdoor grill, washer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, toaster oven, dishes, cotton sheets, towels, pillows, heat and air conditioning provided. The space is furnished with anything you may need to get you started including coffee, bottled water, paper towels, soap, etc.

Self check-in and not in 55+ RV park. Quiet neighborhood and owner lives onsite. I value my privacy and will respect yours. You most likely will not see your host unless you need something. There is a small saltwater pool on property you are welcome to use but is not heated.

Weekly laundry service included: up to 3 loads including towels, sheets, blankets or clothing. There is a small washing machine but no dryer in the unit. Heated and outdoor clotheslines provided.

I welcome you to stay in the sunniest city in the world and winter lettuce capital. Home conveniently located within 10 minutes of Walmart, Fry's, Sprouts and restaurants.

Kindly keep in mind before booking that a RV camping trailer has some quirks. 2026 Improvements being made including new mini split, residential toilet, artificial grass and walker/suitcase friendly entrance ramp. Propane is used for the on-demand water heater, furnace, stove and BBQ.
