This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a second floor unit overlooking the 18th green of the Maples Golf Course at Sea Trail Resort. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds in each room. There is a large sectional in the living room. This home is warm and inviting, done in earth tone colors with hardwoods and wrought iron furniture. Sea Trail Resort has three championship golf courses. This home is located 1 mile from Sunset Beach, 5 minutes from Calabash and 15 minutes to North Myrtle Beach, SC. The pool and gym are located at the Village Activity Center and are part of Sea Trail Resort and there is a separate fee to use these amenities.

Great place

Love coming here! This was my 3rd time renting this condo. Very nice, plenty of room. Close to the beach. Owners are easy to reach and very accommodating.

Great location with lots of room

Overall we enjoyed our stay in the condo. Condo had plenty of space, was clean, and was a great location. Sadly the pool was being renovated at the complex so we didn’t get to enjoy that but no fault to the owner who wasn’t aware. Would gladly stay again!

Lovely place

I stayed the week with my granddaughter and she really liked the condo also. It’s clean and decorated nicely. You feel at home. It’s so close to the beach which is wonderful!! Owners are super friendly and very prompt to answer. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

The condo was nice and spacious. Could use minor updating, but was a comfortable stay. Check in was easy. Close to the beach. Didn’t use the activity center (outdoor pool not ready for season) but that is also close. Not a busy area so the driving to beach and store was quick. Not a lot to do in the town so if you’re looking for quiet time near the beach and to play golf this is the perfect place.

Loved this condo-very clean

All very clean. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We felt at home right away. The living area has a very comfortable couch. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well which is unusual for us when we are away from home and our own beds. We were impressed with the hot water heater. We always had hot water. The new washer and dryer are very nice. The surrounding area around the condo is very quiet. We would like to stay there again.

Disappointing

Once arriving on the property my code didn’t work. The owner helped me get in with their code. The property was pleasant and all was well until an accident occurred. My family and I went to the beach one evening and came back to the tv on the floor. I called the property manager immediately. She proceeded to yell at me. Please understand the tv never had a sign do not touch. It was also mounted on a full wall mount yet she is screaming did we touch the tv. I found 2 screws on the floor that had held this tv. She sent a lady to our room at 10:30 at night who walked in questioning how many kids I had and how old I was. I was being accused of something we didn’t do. They said we pulled the tv off the wall. Then I get back home and 4 days later they charge my card $200 and do not tell me why. I have stayed in numerous Vrbo homes but these owners were rude and unkind to our family.

Guys Golf Vacation

This is my fourth time staying at this location but first time for the “Guys golf trip”. All guest really liked the property and layout of the condo. Do I need to say more?? Small improvements would be making sure their is plenty of paper towels and TP. Also the internet was spotty many times. Other than that, this is a perfect place to spend a vacation

Retirement trip

Great location to beach and restaurants.. Near shopping at Calabash. Condo was spotless. The only thing I would recommend is instructions for tv. We hardly watched it but took us a while to figure how how to navigate.

Great location but disappointed in condo

The one side of the suite was filthy! Crumbs and sand IN the sheets, as well as used tissues under bed, etc. Disgusting really. And description led us to believe there was a fitness center and pool for our use but that’s not true. You must be a resident/member only so there was no way to use those amenities. Location was great so I’d try another condo in that development. But not this one.

Great place and responsive owners but had a few issues

Very well decorated place. One shower had a broken faucet handle and one bedroom tv didn’t work. I notified the owners immediately and were genuinely regretful of the issues. Would stay here again. Just bad timing on the issues.

Sea Trails

This was a very spacious condo with a fully stocked kitchen and set of linens. The owners were very easy to communicate with during our stay. We were a little misled by the pictures in the advertisement and we thought there was a pool but there was an extra fee to use nearby pool. Other properties close by have pools so we assumed this one did too. Overall it is a very quiet area and very close to the beach.

Great Pet Friendly Location

Condo was clean and located in a nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Parking was limited. Upstairs neighbors were very loud but overall it was a great experience. We look forward to staying here again.

2022 Family Vacation

This was our 2nd yr in a row that we stayed at this location for our family vacation that included A LOT of golf, swimming and just hanging around the condo playing games, relaxing and just spending time together. Fabulous

We so enjoyed our stay in Building 10, unit 1004, this was one of the best decorated and cared for unit we have stayed in. It was our first time at Sunset Beach NC but we definitely would love to return. This was what I would rate a perfect vacation.

Great Stay

The condo was very clean and we loved the massive sofa! My husband was able to work remotely from the second bedroom so it worked out perfectly. We would highly recommend!
