You will love the large, inviting, open kitchen and great room with cathedral ceilings and sweeping views of Lynch Hollow cove! Enjoy any meal at the beautiful farm house table or go outside to the deck to enjoy a closer view of the lake. Happy hour? Gentle steps down to the lake to enjoy a drink on the martini deck that hangs right over the water or go for a swim right off the private dock in this protected, no wake cove. Renting a boat or jet ski? Open slips await your watercraft so you can keep them overnight and enjoy even more time on the lake! Check out Frankie & Louie's Boat Rental. Rainy day? Relax in the 3-seasons room or challenge your friends to a game of ping pong. Wanting a quick bite or a cocktail on the beach? Just walk down to Franky & Louie's. Want to eat at home? Grill on the deck in the afternoon shade, still steps from the water.

Our property is protected by 3 exterior cameras. One by each door on the main level and one on the deck that looks out to the dock.

Nice place for families

This is our 4th year coming to this house for a week on the lake. The location can’t be beat with deep water in a quiet cove and easy access to restaurants and grocery store. The dock is stocked w fun floaties, a high dive, kayaks and SUP. However, the overall condition of the house has gone down significantly since our first visit… deck furniture has seen better days, linens are threadbare, scalded pots and pans etc.

Fun Weekend Retreat

The Cove Retreat was lovely. Nice large living room and dining room plus outdoor dining option, and plenty of room to spread out with three bathrooms, and four bedrooms! Although we didn’t utilize it, there’s a dock with a kayak available plus a fire pit. Beds were comfy, kitchen was large, well stocked, and easy to set food out to eat buffet style! Perfect for large groups – – there were seven of us!

Family vacation

Very peaceful cove. Amenities are close by and caught a few fish also! House was clean and had movies and a ping pong table for the rainy days. Very relaxing setting.

Beautiful house with lots of amenities

We had 6 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room in this beautiful house. The location is awesome, close to Frankie & Louie's as well as close to Woods grocery store. It has a large dock with plenty of furniture as well as kayaks and a paddle boat. We had a great weekend!

Great getaway

We stayed the weekend between Christmas and New Years as a little family getaway. The property is at the end of the road so we liked the privacy. It’s right on the water and in warm weather would be great for outdoor entertainment. The home was as shown-it worked great for us and our children/grandchildren. Communication with owners was timely and helpful. I would definitely book this home again.

Birthday weekend

We rented the lakeside home to celebrate a few family birthdays. Home was perfect for 6 but can accommodate several more. It’s spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Would highly recommend to others.

3rd year and coming back for Four!

This was our 3rd year staying at this property for our annual lake trip and we’ve already booked for next summer. The proximity to grocery store, restaurants, marina while still being on a peaceful cove perfect for swimming is great. The house has everything we need for our family of 5 plus grandparents and an Aunt.

Lake of the Ozarks Vacation

This home was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and very well stocked kitchen with utensils, pans etc. We loved the dock with the covered boat slip. We played cards on the dock and dipped in the lake! And had ping pong tournaments! We will be back!

Great family vacation

We did a family vacation with 6 adults and kids 5 months, 2&3 years old. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to have space. Great outside space on the deck and the pier. We had a little rain and with the covered pier the guys fished right through it. We walked to Frank’s and Louie’s for dinner and so the kids could play at the beach, so nice to have somewhere to walk too. Plenty of places to go within a 30 min drive. Had a great time, loved the property and would definitely go back and stay here again. The owners answered and questions immediately, very easy to work with. Highly recommend this house for your next vacation.

Great Place

There were 8 people that stayed and we all very much enjoyed staying there. The house layout is wonderful. We had 6 teenagers and they all hung out on the lower level, and my husband and I stayed one the upper level. The kids loved what I called the sunroom. It has a ping pong table and a place to lounge. The dock is a great place to hangout as well. The house was spotless and if we had any questions or concerns the homeowners responded quickly. I will stay there again. Loved it!

great experience, great location

The property is just as protrayed in the pictures and described on the site. The hosts left detailed instructions and information about amenities. There was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house was clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake House

We are both teachers living in St. Louis who love Lake of the Ozarks. We purchased a condo in Osage Beach in 2013. We had several summers of wonderful memories but realized the condo was getting a little small so we sold it in 2019. We purchased this home in Spring of 2021 and we are ready to enjoy the summer here and also share it with you!

We love this house because of the proximity to the water! The no-wake cove is perfect for swimming and water sports and is safe for all ages. The big dock is awesome for soaking up some sun, diving off the diving boards, sliding into the water, tying up your rental boat or jet ski, and many other things. We also loved the open great room and the views of the lake.
