Will stay again ...

Host was overly nice and accommodating. Anything we asked for during our stay was provided within minutes! The host made several suggestions and offers to ensure our stay was pleasant and it absolutely was! I would love to stay there again but she did say we were the last guest as she was shutting the place down to further guest.

Great rental

Great location if you want to be close to the city we could walk there in 10 minutes. But probably not the safest neighborhood for you to be out alone at night. Daytime is chill and the room was perfect.

Excellent location to Ga World Congress Center

We stayed here for the Cheersport competition held at GWCC. We had a great time, the rental was perfect, parking was no problem. Traffic can be a bit noisy late at night but we turned on white noise on the tv and it definitely helped. Would stay here again!

She’s going to try and scam you for more money saying you damaged something and knowing damn well we didn’t damage anything she tried charging us 250$ for a 35$ home goods chair lol don’t rent with these scammers

Hey Varlens I’m surprised that you left this comment after admitting to damaging our chair .I’ve never had a guest admit to damage then get upset because of the cost of the item that they damaged but fortunately we do have receipts and keep a record of every item purchased for our units .Hopefully future guest reading your comment will read our other 5 star reviews and see that you were the actual scammer .

Not so pleasant experience

The condo is nice and clean. The pictures are spot on and we enjoyed the inside of the condo very much. However, the hallways and elevator inside the building are quite dirty. We did not have a very good experience with the host. The listing says check in is at 3pm which is what we expected. The host would not let us check in until after 4pm. The listing also says that there is parking provided. We called the host and she told us that she didn’t have parking passes for us because they had been used by previous guests. We then had to hunt for street parking in a neighborhood that didn’t feel the safest. Loud street and pedestrian noise made it difficult to sleep.

Worse VRBO experience EVER

I booked this home over a month ago and the owner canceled my reservation the morning of my stay saying that it had been booked on a different website. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! If the owner had this advertised on multiple sites it shouldn’t have taken her a MONTH to let me know it was already booked!!! It should’ve never taken my reservation!! If someone else booked after me then that persons reservation should have been cancelled!! My guess is the owner raised the price and allowed it to be booked on a different site. I had to scramble at the last minute while on the road to Atlanta to find another place to stay, if I could give this listing negative stars I absolutely would!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!

Nice Condo But That's The Only Positive Thing I Can Say

My wife and I are retired Carolina Panthers fans and like to go to one away game each year. This year we chose to attend the Panthers vs Falcons game and rented this condo due to its close proximity to Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo was as pictured but that is the only positive thing I can say about our stay there. The location is in a very sketchy part of town. My wife and I didn't feel safe going out after dark. The residents in the complex just put their trash out in the hall, so the halls were strewn with garbage (i.e., trash bags, pizza boxes, empty bottles, cigarette butts, and even a used condom). In addition, the marijuana smell in the hall was enough to make us choke. The street right outside the window sounded like a dragstrip with muscle cars and motorcycles racing past all night long, so sleeping was quite a challenge. To top everything off, the owner accused us of smoking pot in her condo and fined me $250. I told her my wife and I don't smoke pot or do illegal drugs of any kind and that we assumed the odor in the unit came from people smoking in the adjoining units and unit below. She never apologized for falsely accusing us and did not cancel the bill for the fine, so I still have the unpaid bill pending against my VRBO account. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this place again and recommend others to beware.

This condo is located in DOWNTOWN ATL on A very busy street close to very popular restaurants and bars .PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH PRIOR TO BOOKING .This is ATLANTA Where almost all condo building offer VALET TRASH .I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER TRASH LEFT IN THE HALLWAY BY OTHER RESIDENTS .There was evidence of cigarette smoke left INSIDE THE CONDO which is why you were charged for damages .

Benz stadium

Came to town for a concert at the Mercedes Benz stadium. This vrbo is close to the stadium. If you don’t mind walking it’s about a 10-15 min walk. I had my 9 year old daughter with me so we drove to the stadium, 5 min drive with traffic. Very close to aquarium, civil rights museum etc. There is a restaurant across the street that played loud music one night. But we were so tired went ignored it. I would recommend just pay for a parking spot behind the building. Street parking stayed occupied. I would stay here again for trip. Thank you for being patient with me and walking through the directions on getting in the building and parking.

Great location

We had a bit of a hang up at check in but it was resolved right away! Owner was a huge help and got us in and situated right away. As far as the noise complaints in other reviews, if you're looking for a very quiet place downtown atlanta might not be for you. Theres a train running right through the back yard. But we've stayed down there multiples times and it doesn't bother us at all. It's a great location to walk to the stadium and the arena! Would stay there again!

Great Host!

We arrived ahead of check in and were given a wonderful recommendation of a local restaurant around the corner while allowed to store our bags in the apt. Great flexibility and customer service. Perfect spot to attend an event at Mercedes Benz Stadium. Highly recommend

A 5 star stay

My stay at this VRBO was wonderful. It was like I was staying in a hotel suite. The apartment is more than spacious enough for 2 people. It has a living room with a couch & t.v. fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and even larger bedroom with a full size bed. It was cleaned spotless and the host was super responsive; always providing all details needed for the stay. The location of the VRBO was a perfect location to everything. Just keep in mind that ATL requires a car to get around. For example, the aquarium was a 6 min driving but a 30 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants/bars open late around sound it was always easy to do something “nightlife” related. While the living room does have a couch, I would not recommend someone using it as their bed for their stay. It is small and a bit hard. The only thing I would ask of the host was for the bed to be just a tad bit more comfortable, maybe a foam mattress pad. Don’t get me wrong, we still slept perfectly fine each night. All in all, I would definitely stay here again without question or hesitation. This place 100% lives up to how amazing the pictures look.

Great condo!

We were in Atlanta for a football game at Mercedes Benz Stadium. The beautiful, spacious condo was only a 10 minute walk away! The location was great, but the condo itself and owner were even better! I think it was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! Very easy communication with the owner, even when we arrived close to midnight! I would give this place more than five stars if I could. We would definitely stay here again. Also- the pics are on point. It’s just that cute!

Watch where you walk

The unit was clean but, the hallways and elevator were filthy. Dog urine and feces at the entrance gate.

Weekend Vacation

Amazing place. Centralized location to everything in the city. Spaces were clean and well kept. Street parking sucked but we felt more comfortable parking in the gated area which wasn’t expensive. They also have a dog park. Highly recommend. Staff was exceptionally helpful as well.
