Spacious one bedroom unit with a large master bedroom, separate living room, full kitchen and luxury bath not to mention a 70" Smart Ultra 4K HD in the living room & 32" Smart TV in the master bedroom with HD Cable reception and dedicated free wifi.

The stocked granite and stainless steel kitchen has a dishwasher, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and stove. New HVAC - heat/air units that will keep you comfortable and the bathroom has a new large shower and is sparkling clean.

As soon as you walk in this unit, you will know it is special. Even the priciest hotels don't have the magnificent views that this condo affords. The private top floor balcony squares off to the historic Hyatt Polaris "Blue Dome" as well as the famous due south historic Peachtree Street view. Within eyesight from the balcony is the Mercedes Benz Stadium, CNN building, Apparel Mart, Hard Rock Cafe, Georgia Chamber, Georgia Pacific Building, Famous 191 Peachtree Twin Towers, sweeping views down Peachtree Street.

This Penthouse is a quiet, cozy and jazzy sanctuary in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta. It is designed comfortably for 2 people but can sleep 4. There is a king sized posturepedic bed in the master bedroom and a comfy queen size air mattress with headboard and built in pump that can be set up within minutes in the living room. There is even a twin size rollaway bed...just in case! The entire condo has only hardwood flooring and tile flooring. Very clean and spacious. As soon as you walk in this unit, you will know it is special. Even the priciest hotels don't have the magnificent views that this condo affords.

The room was outstanding. Me and my wife enjoyed our time in the city. A lot of places are in walking distance and the view at night and sunrise is beautiful.

Condo is as advertised. Great location for downtown Atlanta attractions such as Aquarium, Coke Museum, Mercedes Benz Stadium etc. Free parking is an excellent perk. Host is fantastic with communication. Will definitely book again next trip to Atlanta!

Definitely worth the stay. It is in a wonderful location as you are in walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. The apartment is very clean and has a nice view from the 24th floor. The property manager Desiree was fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had during the visit. Would stay there again if ever in Atlanta.

Great Trip

Stayed in the Peachtree Towers. We have stayed before and you can tell that the building owners are performing upgrades to ensure the property is much improved. This unit was upgraded much better compared to other units we have stayed in for this location. The host was also awesome! we did not have many issues but when we did she was very quick to help resolve and engaging the concierge to quickly mediate. Parking included was also a great adder!

After locating the parking lot, this condo is very clean and the views are amazing. The host is very responsive and accommodating. It’s close to many of the attractions. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

The penthouse was spacious and the balcony was a wonderful feature! It was very clean in the unit and in the building. Check-in and out was super easy thanks to Desiree! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely Amazing !!!

The condo is in the heart of downtown Atlanta with an amazing view. The condo is well appointed with everything you need from towels to an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated and very modern.And lastly, Desiree, the host is accessible and responds quickly.

A bunch of plusses with a few minuses.

The real plusses of this condo are the fact that it's on the top floor so you don't hear your ceiling getting stomped on at all hours, the parking spot (because parking in Atlanta is expensive), and the great location. And Desiree is a fantastic host--friendly and very communicative. Check-in & out were a breeze. The location is phenomenal. It's four blocks to the World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, and the Aquarium. An easy walk. Additionally, it's close to the Marta subway and the really handy Marta Streetcar. Great coffee is super close at Cafe Fwi in the AmericasMart building, 2nd floor.The condo has just about everything you'd want. We found the roll-away twin bed great for my kid. However, there were a few minuses to mention. First, the condo really wasn't as clean as we thought it would be. Major things were clean: sinks, shower, toilet. But there were dirty smudges on the doors, the rug didn't look clean, and there was food spatter on the wall above the trash can. The cabinets and trim are a little worse for the wear, if you're the type who wants that freshly renovated look. I don't think it matters tho. Two of our three nights were too hot for us. There's no thermostat, so you're stuck with whatever AC the building pumps in, and it wasn't much at all. The ceiling fan thankfully helped. A window in the bedroom doesn't seal completely and whistles pretty consistently. Even considering these, we found it to be worth the price and we had a good stay.

Amazing view - walking distance from so much!

We had a great stay in Atlanta. The few from the apartment was great. Glad we had a designated parking spot. Walked to Falcons game, Coke Museum, Aquarium, Civil RIghts Museum etc. Highly recommend this apartment.

Don't look any further for your Atlanta stay!

I cannot say enough about our host Desiree! She was amazing from start to finish. The penthouse was perfect and we loved the screened in patio with a view of downtown Atlanta. Free parking was a huge plus and the location was great for downtown activities. Desiree was quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

Great communication

Desiree was an amazing host with communication. I let her know that we'd be early and she was able to accommodate us. I had a couple questions prior to booking and she was very quick to respond. The apartment was really nice for a long weekend with my husband and myself. The bed was super comfy. The towels felt new and fluffy. Instructions were clear and understandable.
