Located in a very nice area, this new residence is
only 50m away from the slopes.
Ideal accomodation for a peaceful holiday in the mountains.
T2+cabin of 43sqm - 4 to 6 people - 1st floor (with lift)
4 adults plus 2 (not recommended for more than 4 adults).
- Entrance with storage,
- 21sqm living room (sofa-bed of 140cm, WIFI, TV, oven, microwave, fridge,
dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machin, induction hob x4),
- 8sqm bedroom (double bed of 160cm) with a direct access to the balcony,
- Cabin of 3.5sqm (bunk beds of 90cm each) with storage,
- Bathroom of 4sqm (shower, toilet, heated towel rail, wahing machine),
- North-East facing balcony of 11sqm.
Heated ski locker - Common Bike Storage
Private garage with socket for electric car charging (height 2m max)
Possibility to put bikes in it
