Our family...we are about as laid-back as it gets, and we spend much of our time laughing, speaking sarcasm, and being active. In terms of being good hosts, we are always open to suggestions. 5,400sqft gorgeous lakefront home feat: 5br, 5 bath, private dock (huge), updated kitchen, huge deck, screened porches, linens, 5 kayaks, canoe, paddleboat, kitchenware, ice maker, whirlpool tub, office w 2nd monitor, board, jumbo Jenga, workout room, cornhole, 3 hammocks, firepit & a massive game room for the ages w 14 arcades, 70in w living area, Nintendo, p-pong, 2-player B-ball, bumper pool, shuffleboard, air hockey, poker, bar area with 2nd fridge & more.

All guests are instructed to bring their own life jackets to wear on the dock & in the water; make sure they are up to code. All guests swim at their own risk.

House has 1 king bed w toddler bed in a walk-in attached space, 1 king in loft, 3 queen beds, 6 twin, 2 full, 2 additional toddler beds and 2 couches.

Linens are available to guests: Please return them washed, & left on the bed folded. If you chose to take advantage of our linen fee and us do the linens there is a $130 charge.

Fold out table and 4 extra chairs in the main closet, high-seat for a child, floats, most all kitchenware, whirlpool tub in Caster's Cove room, several board/card games, oversizedJenga, workout space, cornhole.

- Fireplace in the living room is NOT for use; not functional.

-the house has a VERY steep driveway. This is the biggest downside of the home, but it's doable by all means. Where it is not acceptable is for the elderly, anyone with any sort of walking-related disability needs, or anyone with prior injuries that may have trouble as a result.

All guests agree that the property owner will not be liable in any way for injury or death that results from any activities or happenings while on the property (295 Falcon View Drive, Gretna, VA).

Checkout Instructions
• If you chose to use linens, please wash all linens & place them back on the bed; you do not need to make the beds!
• Throw used towels in the laundry room. We will wash!
• Every trash can emptied & all trash taken to the garage. Please make sure ALL trash is bagged.
• Return ALL items to their original position – furniture, games, remotes, keys, etc...
• All dishes washed & put away.
• Living room thermostat to 72.
• Turn off all lights & lock all doors; return the key to the lockbox.
