Just a few steps away, you can reach the beaches and the famous Croisette. The Palais des Festivals is within a few minutes' walk, as is the picturesque Suquet district. In the surrounding area, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafés, patisseries, and boutiques. The train station is very close, making this accommodation the perfect choice for a comfortable stay.
Ideal for congresses or family holidays, this beautiful two-bedroom apartment offers a modern and comfortable setting for an unforgettable stay in Cannes.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.
