Clean, quiet, ideally located.

Quiet and comfortable apartment steps away from everything you want to do in Cannes. We loved all the narrow twisty stairs up and down the hill and the car-free street keeps everything peaceful and homey.

Cannes Revisited

The apartment was ideally located close to beaches, restaurants and shops and Le Suquet - very relaxing and quiet with amenities nearby. The instructions for access were spot on and we had an excellent stay

Fantastic location of the apartment

The apartment was ideally located for our family of five with teenagers (aged 12/15 and 17.5). We were just a few steps from the sea (beautiful beaches), restaurants and stores. We all enjoyed our vacation in Cannes very much.

Great location in Cannes

This is a light, bright, comfortable and reasonably well appointed apartment. We were two couples and booked both this one and Isabelle's other adjacent apartment and, although the other benefits from a terrace for outdoor dining, I think this is the better apartment. It has an unusual layout and the washing machine is located next to the bed in the second bedroom. Great location and quiet for Cannes and a stroll to several restaurants and a small supermarket.

Good location, would have preferred check in help.

Great location in Old Town. Short walk to restaurants on Rue Suquet and the food market. You need to pay $50 for sheets and towels. It would have been nice to have someone meet us there to help with luggage and show us around. We found out that the owner lives in the building. The description on VRBO was 2 bathrooms, but there is only one toilet. Washer but no dryer so we used the laundromat down the hill.

Très joli condo, très bien situé beau quartier à visiter,superbe vue sur la ville à quelques pas de là. Il y a bcp de marches pour descendre et remonter pour aller en ville et à la plage mais cela se fait bien, vous pouvez aussi prendre la navette pour 0,90. Près de tout,restaurants épiceries à proximité.La chambre principale est jolie et grande par contre l’autre est petite pas bcp d’espace à bouger mais mignone idéale pour les enfants,douche et lavabo très petits. Bien équipé, lits confortables. L’hôte est très gentille et répond rapidement bonne communication.Un stationnement payant proche et sécurisé. Très beau séjour chez Isabelle.

Entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wohnung ist auf einem Hügel gelegen, Geschäfte und die Gassen mit den Restaurants bzw die Altstadt ist fußläufig in 5-10 min erreichbar. Zum Strand müssen einige Treppen überwunden werden - wir waren mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 9 und 10 da, sie haben es mühelos mehrmals am Tag geschafft (irgendwann gewöhnt man sich daran). Check In war problemlos, auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Cannes war absolut zufriedenstellend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage im ruhigen Suquet, einem charmanten Viertel, das eine willkommene Oase der Ruhe abseits des sonst oft rummeligen Cannes bietet. Es war wunderbar, nach einem ereignisreichen Tag immer wieder in die friedliche Atmosphäre der Wohnung zurückkehren zu können.Ein absolutes Highlight sind die Treppenstufen direkt von der Wohnung hinunter zum Strand. Dieser Strand ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön – und das sogar im Vergleich zu anderen Stränden der Stadt! Die bequeme Erreichbarkeit macht ihn zu einem besonderen Pluspunkt.Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer, die jeweils über eine eigene Dusche und ein kleines Waschbecken verfügen – ideal für mehr Privatsphäre.Auch an die heißen Tage wurde gedacht: Die Klimaanlage reicht für die gesamte Wohnung, sodass man auch bei hohen Temperaturen gut schlafen kann.Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist ausgezeichnet: Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt unten an den Treppen, und auch der Bootsanleger ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war stets sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet und war äußerst hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.Wir haben uns hier vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Wohnung und das Prozedere sind treffend beschrieben. Das Einloggen unkompliziert. Bei Fragen steht die Vermieterin zur Verfügung. Wohnung zentral und schön eingerichtet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind zu kritisieren wie Geruchsbildung in der Dusche, kleine Wasserschäden im Bad und Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.Vielen Dank

Zentrale Lage mit Aussicht auf Cannes

Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone des Altstadtberges kurz unter dem Cannes- Schriftzug. Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist für 30 Minuten möglich, danach stand es in der öffentlichen Parkgarage für 10€ pro Tag gleich in der Nähe. Für Strand, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunterlaufen, auf den Treppenstufen trifft man viele Personal Trainer mit ihren Kunden… In der Wohnung ist es absolut ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt dort und die ruhige Lage gleich in der Nähe von Strand, Restaurants und Shoppingmeile sehr genossen! Und der tägliche Blick auf die Bucht von Cannes ist das Sahnehäubchen! Merci beaucoup, Isabelle

Feeling at home while at work abroad

The flat in the first floor was beautiful and with a lot of space for me alone. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet in the evening and at night, I could sleep with open windows and this during a busy MIPCOM-market. All in all a perfect stay, definitely worth to come back.

Très bel appartement lumineux

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement et les environs vieux port et centre cannes. Accès direct à tout : commerces, plages, centre-ville. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très calme, top avec un bon restaurant quelques mètres. L'appartement est très lumineux et très confortable. Dispose de tout pour passer un agréable séjour. La propriétaire est très gentille et vraiment serviable. Elle répond tout de suite à votre arrivée et si besoins d'aide/questions. Bonne qualité/prix. Denis

Grand appartement dans la belle vieille ville

Great location in old town Cannes

A beautiful apartment in a great location. We loved that we could walk everywhere. Restaurants, markets, pharmacies, the harbor and shopping was just a short distance away. We enjoyed staying at Le Suquet very much, and highly recommend. The apartment is on the first floor and the staircase is manageable. The neighborhood sits on top of a tall hill next to a historic church and the Castre which houses a very interesting museum. Excellent restaurants line the streets going up and down the hill. A large shopping area is at the bottom of the hill. This is not a place to stay if you are mobility impaired.

Cannes im Frühling

Schöne Fewo in derAltstadt. Nachts angenehm ruhig. Betten waren für uns super, nicht so weich. Gut gelegen zum Markt u.a. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand nur die Treppen herunter. Man muss aber gut zu Fuß sein, um zurück Fewo zu gelangen (ca. 120 Stufen hoch in die Altstadt).

Wonderful flat in heart of old town minutes from beach

We were so happy to stay in this flat. The check in process was incredibly easy and the flat was very spacious. Our children enjoyed having their own room and even their own shower. The fact that there are 2 showers and a separate toilet is amazing for a small flat. The air conditioner was wonderful with the hot Cannes summer and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals at home as well. Nothing negative to say about it. The perfect location in the idealic old town and very close to the beach. Really great flat for families especially. Landlord was very easy to contact and super helpful.
