Nestled on the edge of the forest, in the peaceful haven of Les Vallons du Ferret in Le Canon, this 115 m² villa is ideally located. You'll have easy access to cycle paths, whether you're heading to the ocean, the Piraillan market, Cap-Ferret, or the beaches of the Arcachon Basin. Just a 5-minute bike ride from shops (Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, etc.) and Grand-Piquey (cheese shops, butchers, bakeries, delicatessens, etc.), you can leave your car behind.

On the garden level, the villa features a spacious living room, an open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy long summer evenings around a barbecue.

Two bedrooms with double beds complete the ground floor, along with a bathroom and separate toilet.

The upper floor comprises a pleasant mezzanine with a small sitting area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Enjoy a lovely, spacious, and wooded 1,200 m² garden bordering the forest, with a gate providing direct access to the ocean, on foot or by bicycle (less than 1.5 km).
