A true chalet! Ski straight onto Killington’s Great Eastern ski trail from this true ski-in/ski-out Vermont chalet. A-frame windows open to slope views, and a large deck with grill overlooks the ski run. 4 bedrooms, plus a spacious loft with 2 queens, and 2 bunk beds can comfortably host large groups. Huge driveway fits 6+ cars. Less than a 10 minute drive to Sushi Yoshi, Wobbly Barn, Liquid Art, Sun Up, and other great restaurants. Wake up, step outside, and hit the gondola without ever getting in your car.

The location was perfect. A short walk to ski on and off. Lots of space and the ski room was great for getting on equipment. Pretty view as well. Would have liked the steps to have been cleared of ice , the garbage cans more accessible, firewood storage protected from moisture and better non stick pans. Even so we would stay here again.

This home was absolutely perfect for our two families. We were blessed with ideal conditions—the best we’ve ever experienced! Watching the snow fall through the massive windows was simply breathtaking. The trail is just a short, easy walk away, making it convenient to come back for a quick lunch break. The host was incredibly accommodating, especially with the approaching storm, which we truly appreciated. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Access is so easy. Down the driveway and maybe 100feet away - all flat. and the trail is a perfect one. Great Eastern is the best way to start and end your day.

Stayed here with friends, it is the perfect location just steps away from the trail. Plenty of room in each bedroom and open living spaces. Will stay again! There was no power when we arrived due to a storm and the host answered right away and both her and the property manager were helpful keeping us up to date.

Wonderful house!

We loved our stay and recommended this to everyone that loves skiing/snowboarding. Bring food to cook for yourselves or if you’re too tired go out and enjoy the local bars and restaurants for food. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the house, and it meet all of our needs. We had plenty of sleeping and common space and the house is designed well for a ski trip. Location is very good and we were able to ski in (lower gondola was not open yet for ski out).

We’ve been traveling to this same house for the last 4 seasons and LOVE it. The location can’t be beat - you can walk right over to the great eastern trail. Ginny is wonderful to work with as well. I truly can’t think of a better rental location!

Beautiful house with a perfect location

We had an amazing weekend with a group of friends. It is a beautiful house. We stayed with 8 adults and had enough space. The house is located right next to the slope, which is very convenient for a ski weekend in Killington. Communication with Ginny went smooth and the house was very clean with all basic amenities provided. Our only regret is not staying longer!

Beautiful chalet perfect for skiing Killington!

This was a beautiful location, short and easy access to the slopes of Killington. This would definitely be a ski and ski out location, but only when conditions permit. This is a medium sized chalet, great for medium sized or even larger families, maybe not large enough for multi-family or friend groups. We would definitely rent this chalet again!

The chalet is a family ski house built by the owner and Vermont craftsmen. All of the cabinets, railings and details were hand crafted to enhance the rustic nature of the home, yet still feeling cozy and ready for your group. The second generation of family skiers now spend many weekends here; grandsons skied on the Killington Freeski Team!

Why they chose this property

The best location in all of Killington, right on the Legendary Great Eastern Ski Trail. The open structure of the home with large A-Frame great room and semi-open loft is a great place for family and friends to gather.

What makes this property unique

The location of our Chalet can not be beat! On the Great Eastern Ski Trail at Killington. Huge A-Frame windows with slope views. Walk out the front door and ski down to the gondola.
