Large comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath pool home. Excellent neighborhood, Large yard. Completely ready for vacationers and corporate bookings. Fully furnished with all kitchen items , linens, towels, coffee maker, washer/dryer etc.
Pool is not heated but then again its Florida!!
Lots of area to park your car/cars in the driveway and grassy area if driveway full.
We do accept dogs!! There is a $100 non refundable pet fee. Up to 2 dogs please. Please refrain them from the furniture.
We would love to host you for a large family or 2 families travelling together. Corporate rentals are allowed.
No parties or events please

The house is well laid out and very spacious! There was plenty of room for all of us and out family that came by to visit. The nest thermostat would not stay at the temp set which had us freezing at nights when it was 30 which was only a few, thankfully. The appliances are not the best snd could be improved. There were plenty of towels and blankets. You cannot turn off the outside porch lights so they shine in on you all night. But overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to others.

This home was perfect for our large family stay. It had everything we needed other than groceries. It was perfect for getting together with other members of our family that are local and the open concept was so nice - it kept everyone included. Having the pool available for our grandchildren (and us!) was priceless. This will definitely be our "go to" when we come back to visit Mom.

Great home, the kids loved the pool! Beds were comfy, house was well kept. Close to amenities and many things provided by being left behind by previous guests haha we left things, too. Overall recommend for your next stay in Spring Hill.

Check in was confusing because of location of lock boxHouse was very comfortable for 3 adults and 2 children. Has equipment for babies which we didn't need, but glad they were available. Kitchen was well stocked.

We had a fantastic time. House was as described. Very very roomy. Pool area was great. Love the screened in pool. We would definitely stay there again if in the Springhill area..

Very Beautiful Home

My brother, mother, wife, and I had an extremely enjoyable stay at this beautiful and comfortable home! The owner was always available to answer any questions that we had, and checking in and out was a breeze! I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Spring Hill, Florida area!

We enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults and 2 kids and a dog. We had plenty of room and the place was clean. The kids loved swimming in the pool even though it was very cold. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and close by to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend this place. It was great and we all had a great time!

Needs Major Upkeep

Unable to find number to property manager - followed link and it took me to VRBO home page. needs a fresh coat of paint everywhere and heavy pressure washing - dirt/mold all around pool area. Also master bath had what appears to be termite infestation.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. There is no termite issue as it is a block home. I also have a regular exterminator come every other month. You never once messaged me that you had any issues. If you had a problem, you could’ve went on Vrbo and messaged me. There is no mold in the pool area. It was grease from the grill that was in the pool area, which shouldn’t have been in the pool area..

The host was very accommodating and very courteous. I just want to make a suggestion. The house is comfortable but it needs TLC. The outside area needs power washing. The entrance looks abandon and the area is a nice area the only house that looked lack of care was this one. The curtains and bedspreads need to be updated they look it has been there too long and blinds don’t open or close properly. The same with beds spread. Bathrooms were ok. The kitchen had utensils and other items which were helpful. Just make the house more welcoming by updating mattresses, painting the house with neutral colors help also. I feel less ornaments is better as it looks too heavy with so many things. Not criticizing but suggesting Thank you

Nice place!

Clean. As described. There was a problem with the seal on the freezer. They notified us before we arrived and asked if we wanted it fixed right away while we were there or if we’d rather them wait until we were gone. We didn’t care either way. But it was nice to know they would accommodate us with whatever we wanted to do. Would stay again.

Terrible experience and no resolution from owner

Refrigerator was not working and we lost a TON of food that we purchased to cook for our ill father. We spent most of our first full day waiting for the inspection and the replacement of the refrigerator. The host was apologetic, but she didn't seem to care that our limited time was cut short by the issues. The alarm system went off at least three times and it was LOUD!!! She had no instructions on how to disable. Even though she claims there is no bug or mouse problem, there were definitely HUGE BUGS, at least one mouse and many traps in the kitchen. We opted to not cook in that kitchen, therefore the entire stay at this house was a big waste of over $1400 for 4 nights. Host is arguing that it is not her problem. HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!

That is a total lie and you know that. You have to live with yourself for lying. I had a repair man there to look at the fridge and bought a new one and installed on a Sunday non the less within 3 hours . I payed you through Venmo for your food and left over Chinese food so you didn’t have to wait for your money. The alarm was on you , you should not have touched that. I gave you the code to shut it off. There is no mice problem and there never has been. As for the so called mouse trap it was a bug trap. I have an exterminator come every other month. Palmetto bugs are all over Florida . Funny you didn’t complain or ask for anymore money or state any other problems till after you left.

Improvement needed

The house is very nice but whoever they have cleaning the property isn't doing a very good job. Found an old plate of spaghetti in the microwave, walls are dirty, dusty and behind furniture was not cleaned or under bed, stains on sheets we had to go out and buy new but upon leaving they tried saying they were missing sheets then dog poop left inside lanai and they contacted us saying they were unaware we had a dogs and wanted us to pay extra yet they had a ring camera and could see who was entering and exiting the property because they contacted us when we had family over saying the neighbors reported more calls than usual, we were there visiting with family but apparently you aren't allowed to have people over. The dresser in the one bedroom drawers were broken and dirty. None of the tvs were workable because all remote were thrown in a box under the TV and we didn't know what went to which book stated all rooms have roku's and remotes in the rooms which was a lie. Many holes In the walls covered by tape toilet in main bathroom needs new caulk and leaks all over floor, dishwasher had mold, game pieces all over the floor in the middle bedroom the garbage cans were all ready full when we arrived its like they didn't bother cleaning up after the last visitors before we checked In would not rent again for the price its not worth it the house isn't being maintained or cleaned we have rented with a different person before and from now on we will stick with them.

Great spacious home

The property manager was very nice. The home was beautiful and spacious for my family of 8 and a dog. The pool area is where we spent most of our time. Shopping was close. We would rent again in the future.

Great place needs some love

While there was nothing wrong with the property except the hot tub which was mentioned in the listing, the non working hot tub points to the general lack of maintenance and upkeep of the property. The bathrooms have been kind of remodeled but the rest of then home is early 90’s all original. The whole place just needs a fresh coat of paint and the pool deck a good pressure washing and new paint and it would look like a brand new house. I personally would be embarrassed renting out my property in the condition that this one is in. Again the place was clean it’s a lovely home with tons of potential in a great neighborhood I just don’t understand the reasoning of not investing a little time and money into the place to make it a 5 star.

Price is Right

Overall this place was good, not great. Parking is limited, the garage is not accessible to guests. Everything was pretty rough around the edges. Examples are the sunbathing chairs feet were rusted through. Bathroom door poolside was corroded. The couch was full of pet hair and crumbs. But for the price it was nice and all that other stuff could be overlooked. They could have left more than a couple garbage bags and rolls of toilet paper but again for the price it accommodated our group. There was a friendly cat that meowed at the outdoor patio area consistently. Overall it was nice and the price was right.

Great open space for family fun

Loved this little gem. Plenty of room for our group of 8 to eat, play and relax. The pool is a great size and was a little cold during our stay but this is on Mother Nature( low 70's first 2 days) and not the Property. We still swam and had a great time. We were made aware the Hut Tub was not available to use ahead of our visit and was not an issue. Comfortable beds and TV's in every room.

we were left with dissatisfaction

If it weren't for the fact that they charged us an extra $200 for “Trash and debris left everywhere. Food strewn about home. Confetti everywhere. Pool doors left open" my opinion would be better. It was not true and despite many requests, they never showed us photos which they claimed to collect 2 hours after our leave - we are currently talking to VRBO. The house was nice and spacious. Although it says that it can accept 10 people, it only has 4 beds. Neighborhood uninteresting, close to the main street - nowhere to go for a walk as the entrance to the nearby closed old golf course is forbidden.
