For your vacation in Sanary-sur-Mer, our agency Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this superb air-conditioned 1-bedroom apartment benefiting from a pleasant, tree-filled garden of over 40 m² in a quiet residence. The apartment has been recently renovated. Bicycle storage is available in the garden thanks to the gate access. The rental is ideally located just 800m from the town center and the port, 350m from the shops, and 1200m from the sandy beaches. You can park 1 vehicle in the residence's free parking lot. Once parked, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and on the loggia. In the bedroom, you will find two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be pushed together to create a single double bed, as shown in the photos. There is a convertible sofa (140 x 190 cm) in the living room for the other two beds. For amenities, you have a bathroom with a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a private garden with a table, chairs, and a parasol, as well as private access to a cul-de-sac. It is a very pleasant space allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or in the shade, as you wish. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region in a quiet setting while being close to the city center. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach, and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Sanary pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
