Pleasant 2-bedroom apartment, very well located in the city center of Sanary. Its location is truly ideal, you are 250m from the beach, and 50m from the shops. The apartment, whose kitchen and bathroom have been renovated, consists of a pleasant blend of old and new. It is composed as follows: from the entrance you will find a bedroom on each side. These are equipped with two single beds each, and air conditioning. Just beyond you will find a renovated bathroom with a heated towel rail and separate toilet. Finally, you will enter the air-conditioned living room, composed of an open kitchen with its dining area and the living room on your right. This entire space opens onto the loggia. A box with Wi-Fi access is available in the apartment. A very pleasant place where everything will be combined to spend a very good vacation, with the shops at the foot of the building, the Sanary market 80m away and the beach 250m away. An ideal holiday apartment, leave your car in the car park and you can do everything on foot during your stay. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid one month before moving in and no later than two weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged €100 extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; please let us know the type of pet. A €5 supplement per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance will be required. No rental will be final without these documents. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural areas, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as the boat tour of the calanques of Cassis, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path and in particular Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, discover the wines of Bandol. The Bandol estates are mostly in the commune of La Cadière, and you can enjoy the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for olive oil production. We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets in Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr, etc., take place every day, and the main markets take place on Tuesdays in Bandol, Wednesdays in Sanary, and Thursdays in Saint Cyr.
