We relocated from another state and needed an affordable place to stay that accepted dogs. Our month stay was quiet and uneventful and the dogs loved the big yard. Chris the host was very nice and friendly. He manages several homes on the same street and the other visitors were nice people also relocating from other areas.

There was food left in the refrigerator from the previous occupant. There was very little parking had to park up the block and walk to the apartment.
When we first turned onto the street we thought that we can’t be in the right place it looked like a recycling yard for houses old doors windows water heaters and just a general mess. I double checked my GPS and it showed that I was on the correct street so we followed it to the end of the street the addressing was confusing on which unit but we figured it out and finally went in there was a mini fridge with the microwave set on top a folding table 2 plastic chairs and no coffee pot. The only sink was a pedestal sink, my coffee cup that I brought with me wouldn’t even fit under the faucet to wash it out, the mirror was around the corner so to shave I had to keep running from the sink to the mirror. Parking was tight although I have a full size pickup. The one thing good that I will say that it was clean. My wife didn’t feel safe in this neighborhood and she was glad that I had decided to bring my pistol with me it did feel sketchy in that neighborhood.
Was quickly able to reserve this home stay a week prior and was able to bring our cat. The home was easy to find, had parking all to ourselves, access to laundry all to ourselves, and the property management provided towels and toiletries. The small fridge was a little noisy at night so if you are sensitive to noise, bring some ear plugs. The home was warm and the tv provided with Netflix accounts was convenient. Would book again if we needed a quick stay rental away home.
Great, clean little studio if it is not during a heat wave!!!
Our stay at this studio property only had 1 major problem which was the heat wave! The property only has 1 window and the door, so there isn't any cross ventilation. With temps in the mid 90s during our entire stay at the end of July, not having AC made for a VERY warm and stuffy room when we got back each evening. Chris, the owner/manager, kindly swapped out the small Honeywell desk fan for a new one when I let him know it wasn't working when we first arrived. However, that 1 little fam was not even close to enough to cool it down even overnight. We had to purchase a larger oscillating fan to make it even survivable overnight and leave the front door open to try to pull some cooler air until we went to sleep each night and then again each morning. If you are staying during a heat wave, I would choose a different spot with AC. Any other time and this place is a comfortable spot to stay.
The main bed is a memory foam bed if you like those. There is also a smaller bed with a traditional mattress.
Plenty of options on the TV with all the streaming options loaded on. Wifi worked well. The keypad on the door was easy to operate. Chris was very responsive to any questions I had about the property.
A couple of suggestions that could make the place just a touch better for others who stay here...
1) more clearly mark the 2 parking spots outside this studio and the other door that has the laundry area...two nights we arrived late only to find another guest was parked right in the middle of the 2 parking spots, so we had to park on the street farther away. The wood that looks like a parking curb is in the middle of the 2 spots, so we understood how folks might think they were supposed to park there rather than choosing one side so another guest (like us) could also park in that space.
2) install a towel ring or holder by the sink for a hand towel to hang so you don't have wet hands dripping all the way to the bathroom where the towel rods are. We set the towel on the edge of the sink for convenience l, but it often fell off or into the sink.
All the rest of our stay was fantastic! Clean, comfortable, private space right near the freeways (405 and I-5). We would stay here again when temps are normal for the area.
Contacting the property owner was easy with quick response. It’s 15-20 minutes from Seattle which worked out great for me. Room was comfortable, clean.

The rooms numbers are not adequately posted on the doors and there are several rooms which made it confusing. However, the owner was responsive and helpful when I texted him for clarification. The room served my needs and I felt safe.

Ill equipped
No kitchen space, save a tiny mini fridge and an equally tiny microwave. Although the property accommodates multiple guests, only one cup and one plate were provided, both of which were sticky with something. No additional eating utensils or otherwise are provides. There is one bathroom- style pedestal sink in the entry way near the tiny mini fridge and equally tiny microwave. That's the only sink in the place, the bathroom does not have one. Also noteable - check in is an hour later than the latest check in I've ever had before and check out is two hours earlier (5pm check in, 9am check out). Can't help but feeling like your morningnis rushed and you got had for 3 hours of your stay. Owner did not send address until I asked, roughly an hour before check in.
Neighborhood is a bit questionable. Wasn't sure the safety of my car on street parking, although nothing negative occurred.
If you just need a place to crash in a pinch and nothing else, this is the one. If you have any expectations, this is not the one.
