A fantastic little cabin on the owner's property! We stayed here for a weekend visiting the wineries and we will definitely be coming back. It was well furnished, clean, and was the perfect layout for a romantic getaway. Linh even waved at us and said Hello!

Clean, well-stocked cabin with a very comfortable bed. Great location for everything we had planned. The property was quiet and peaceful, and it was really nice to sit outside with coffee and enjoy all the greenery. Would definitely stay again.
Enjoyed my coffee out here like I was in a storybook… no fairy sightings (yet).

Lovely peaceful retreat

This beautifully maintained and impeccably clean accessory dwelling provided the ideal private retreat for my five-day stay. I can't wait to return in the fall! It truly feels like a home away from home.

Host was very communicative and supportive. I stayed 2 nights to attend a local healthcare workshop. I appreciated having a quality grocery store nearby, located in a safe neighborhood, on site parking, ability to control temperature independently for both the main living space and the bedroom, washer & dryer and plenty of outlets in the main space. The space was very clean, but the cleaning crew clearly missed the shower stall which I discovered too late in my visit to have rectified and so I was unable to use.

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. A full kitchen with all of the basic tools, comfortable bed, super quite neighborhood, clothes washer and dryer, a covered parking space, and so very close to anything you may want on a whim. I wasn't feeling the best when we arrived, so the next morning I searched on my phone for an Urgent Care that took our insurance. One was found less then 5 minutes from our place, and a pharmacy was just across the street from there. We were less than 5 minutes from a grocery store, coffee shops, thrift stores, many different restaurants, a hardware store, and boutique shopping. The space provided by our host would be very comfortable for someone wanting to stay for just one night, or several months. It was excellent.

Delightful stay in this backyard cabin. It's very private and really larger than it looks from the pictures. The kitchen is well supplied; there are two sitting areas and a back bedroom. The washer and drier work well. I liked the tree-hemmed atmosphere. It is one of the quietest places I ever stayed, and I got work done here. It's only a five-minute drive to a shopping plaza with a nice diner, coffee, brewery, and Safeway. I will stay here again.

What a perfect retreat. Close to anything that needs to be done in Seattle, but quiet and close to wonderful walk/run trails. We enjoyed our breakfasts outside just listening to the birds. The house had everything we needed - well stocked and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay

Worked great for what we needed

Easy to find and had the basics we needed for a couple nights. Very quiet and cozy, and convenient to Bothell. It was nice to have a small loveseat to sit on even with sofa bed made up. Backing out of the parking spot down the hill and onto the road was made easier with a backup cam. Beds were adequate but a little hard, especially the sofa bed.

Great value

This property was a great value in the location we needed. There were so many events in the Seattle area when we needed a place and most places jacked their prices way up. Everything was exactly as listed and fit our needs for one night.

Super clean! My wife loved that. Comfy and in a great neighborhood. Showers ran out of hot water very fast so maybe don't expect a long shower. Other than that we loved it.

Came for a concert loved the stay

Lynn's guest house is perfect place for a couple or a small family. All the comforts you need are aptly provided. It is in a beautiful, quiet, private setting with your own covered carport and outside setting areas. We loved everything about it. The check in/out process was simple and the entire stay went off without a hitch. I feel that the host would have been right on top of any issue that may have come up. The rice was very reasonable for the accommodations. If we are staying in the Seattle area again, this is the first place we will look to stay, without a doubt! Thank you!!!
