Our highest priority is hygiene, cleanliness and best service for our guests. The accommodation is modern and timelessly furnished and all necessary utensils are available. We keep it simple and efficient for our guests. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, access to the swimming pool and gymnasium.

Amazing marina view from the both rooms and the balcony.There is nothing like spending a complete relaxation with amazing Marina views! This 2BR apartment is well furnished, so you don’t have to worry about anything to make your stay truly memorable.

-Please note that this is a self service apartment
- Standard early check in 3PM-7PM and check out 11am - 12Noon, otherwise A fixed fee of AED 150 will be collected upon the arrival.
-if you have an earlier flight, kindly make sure to book the previous night to avoid double booking and confusion.
-Building access card and the apartment key will be provided to the guest upon the arrival. In case of loss of access card it will be AED 500 charge for new card & AED 150 for loss of apartment key
-TDF of AED 20 per night is upon arrival
-Smoking is allowed at the balcony only!
