its only 3 mins walk away from marina walk and barasti beach
24 hours open supermarket and pharmacies down the building with free home delivery and they deliver within 30 mins
arabic, italian, turkish multicuisine restaurant , cafe etc in within 100 metre of vicinity (1-2 mins walk away)
sky dive is 8 mins walk away
dubai harbour 3 mins walk away
24 hours security , operational front desk and cctv in all common areas make the place safe, secure and easy to access any time.
car rental and barber shop is at ground floor of the building
