Fall Line Condos have one of the best locations in town, nestled in equal distance from the summer fun of town park, the free gondola, and the shopping and dining of main street. This 2 bedroom, one bathroom condo was updated with modern mountain accents including new wood floors, beautiful paint, an updated kitchen and classic accents throughout like marble and penny tile. Warm, inviting and close to everything -- the perfect place to relax with your loved ones after a long day of mountain adventures.

This modern, one level, two-bedroom condo. All new furnishings and tasteful decor create a relaxing atmosphere. A full kitchen provides everything you need to enjoy this home away from home including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. Enjoy your breakfast at the breakfast bar, or cozy up to the dining table for a full home-cooked meal before you head out for the day. The living space features a flat screen SmartTV with all of your streaming TV desires and it is hung right over the beautiful and modern fireplace providing just the right touch of ambiance for your time at "home". Put your feet up after a full day of skiing or hiking in Telluride in this open living area and maybe even pop open the door to your own intimate, private balcony.

The bedrooms feature a king and queen beds, both with built in USB ports to keep your electronics charging. The bathroom also features in-floor heating for a luxurious touch. If you're bringing the kids or need an additional sleeping area, the modular sofa configures to an additional sleeping area if needed. Added conveniences like a washer/dryer in unit and a garage parking space make this your perfect Telluride getaway!

This unit is on the lowest residential level of the building but is not on the "ground floor." An elevator is available from the parking garage or a small set of stairs will give you access from street level.

We had a wonderful stay in the Fall Line condo! The condo is exactly as pictured. Everything feels brand new, really great decor, wonderful kitchen, heated bathroom floors. You can’t beat the location: walked to the gondola with ski gear, surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo! It is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable beds. We also found it was quiet at this location, which was surprising given the number of guests in the neighboring condos. The condo is located central to town and gives you easy access to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

An affordable gem in the heart of downtown

This completely renovated condo is lovely and the location can’t be beat! It is right in the heart of downtown, a short walk to shops, restaurants, the gondola, trails, etc. The condo is nicely redone with modern finishes and was much more affordable than other properties downtown. Our family of 4 had a great time!

Property was super clean and one block from main st. and just a couple blocks from river and hiking trails. Could not ask for a better location. I have a full size pick up truck so garage parking did not work but on street parking was super easy to arrange and convenient. We had a nice stay.

We had a great stay. Check in was a piece of cake and the instructions for how to use everything were perfect. Building is old but the unit is new and clean. Because the building is old, noise from other units can be heard.

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
