Welcome to Fiddler’s Creek luxury residences, a Naple’s gated community. This private tropical resort style oasis offers luxurious accommodations which boasts a private heated saltwater pool, extended lanai with outdoor kitchen for dinning, panoramic sliders to bring the outside in or to soak in the sunsets and generously furnished with custom retreat style living. At Aviamar House, you will find lux accommodations including, four spacious bedrooms and three baths, two with soaking tubs. Primary bedroom, features king bed, a shower with a seat, jacuzzi tub, two sinks, makeup area and two spacious closets. Second guest room also features a king size bed with ensuite bath. Third guest room has queen size bed and fourth guest room has 2 twin beds. The dining room and breakfast bar can accommodate large gatherings for all the new friends you'll make! Granite counters, stainless appliances, natural gas stove with five burners and a griddle, as well as pool safe melamine service and barware. Every room is light and bright, the living room features a 75" Smart TV, as well as cable service and WiFi for any business needs. Triple sliders from the living room to extended lanai provide perfect entertaining flow. Whether you are grilling on the lanai or whipping up a culinary feast in the well appointed kitchen, everything you need is included here.
At Aviamar House, a single family, lagoon view home at Fiddler’s Creek, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wealth of resort-style amenities, including a spectacular lagoon-style pool and outdoor dining. Plus, social activities and events that make it easy to explore new possibilities, friendships and adventures. Conveniently located between downtown Naples and Marco Island, nearby golf, beaches, boating, nature activities, world-class shopping, fine dining, entertainment and the arts are all within easy access.
Fiddlers Creek itself, has miles of biking/walking paths, a nature area, and many seasonal social events in which to partake. The Club and Spa membership is included as an additional $750 transfer fee. The 54,000 sq. ft. Club and Spa features a complete workout room with free weights, Cybex equipment, aerobics and spinning classes, yoga, Pilates, spa services, 6 clay tennis courts with lessons available and water aerobics. The four pools are surrounded by lush tropical plantings with waterfalls and waterslides for the young at heart. Plenty of sunning and snoozing space on the decks. There is an adult only lap pool, but every other pool can be enjoyed by all ages. Finally, nestled under a palapa in the pool area is the fabulous heated spa. There are two restaurants on the property. The Gator Grill, which is poolside and available for snacks, lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast. The Gator Grill is always entertaining and provides live music often. As in a resort, the servers will visit your chair to take orders. Simply raise the flag on your chaise. The other restaurant on site is Caxambas, and features fine dining and a large wine list. Dynamic service and fabulous food!
Booking Details: This property requires all renters to complete an application for the community HOA which must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the start date of the lease. For that reason, last minute bookings can't be accepted at this home. The cost of the application is $100 per applicant or $100 per married couple and is to be paid by the tenant after booking through this site.
