Biloxi MS Trip

This property was even more beautiful in person. Balcony views of the beach and pool. Fast response time for any questions that I had during my stay. Hot tub and pool was nice!

Legacy Visit March 23

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, trying to be fair, I would give it a 7 out of 10. Let me say that the personal there (Marie,etc.) were outstanding. Downside is that there are alot of rules that benefit the owners of the properties but not the renters. Limits on parking spots, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom regardless of stay, one set of towels per bathroom, no towels in gym or pool. Very strict about wearing the arm bands for guests as I was called on it several times although I rarely saw it on anyone else. Seems that there is focus on "controlling" guests versus "accommodating" them.

The only problem was cold air and wind noise coming in the front door due to old weather sealing that was inadequate.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals. The complex was well kept. The pools and beaches were not crowded so social distancing was not an issue. The 2 pools were well maintained, there was a grill for public use. The unit itself was spacious and updated with quality furniture. There was not one but two balconies. The balcony off the family room had a direct view of the water with amazing breezes only Gulfport could bring!!! Great family vacation! Would recommend this unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Biloxi Beach Property...... specifically Legecy Tower 1, where do I begin? We planned a family vacation around my daughter's softball tournament in Gulfport, July 2020. We arrived at the condo groceries in tow at 3pm on our check in day. The condo was still in the middle of being cleaned, so we were allowed to drop off out cold stuff but was told to leave and come back in an hour. Ok no problem, local ice cream shop here we come. We got back at 4pm to a beautiful clean condo but there was a HUGE problem!!! The condo we reserved was for 10 people, 1 king, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a pull out sleeper. This condo only slept 6, 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. We immediately call the rental people they said no problem we will bring up an air mattress and figure it all out in the morning. That was ok for Sunday night because our whole group wasn't here yet. So on Monday we were given the option of moving to an 8 person unit, this would not have solved our problem, or stay in 201 and get an additional air mattress and also a $317 credit to our 8 day stay. That is less than $50 a day. What were we supposed to do? The air mattresses that were provide were nice but only solved the problem for 2 people we were still missing sleeping accommodations for 2 more. We were told that was the best refund they could do because of the contract with the condo owner. What about our contract to have a 10 person unit. Biloxi Beach you should have made this right.After 2 emails we gave up on getting one of the TVs working and finally and had to go down and ask twice for them to bring additional towels. My brother ended up not coming because there was no where for him to sleep. Biloxi Beach Rental miss advertised this condo. We only got 60% of what we paid for! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
