Designed with the coastal lifestyle in mind, The Cove is a third-floor, water-view penthouse that puts you close to the action while offering a comfortable place to recharge. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath suite is ideal for watersports enthusiasts, active families, and couples who want space, function, and easy access to REAL Watersports.

Teak floors run through the main living areas, complemented by tiled bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms for quiet recovery between sessions. The award-winning kitchen is fully equipped and centered around a signature S-bend granite cocktail bar, perfect for fueling up or winding down. With a dining table for six and bar seating for four, there's plenty of room to gather. The living room features leather seating and a Smart TV with cable.

The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in tile shower and walk-in closet. A second bedroom features a king bed, while the third offers a queen. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with cable. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo supports family and group stays. The living area and primary bedroom open to an east-facing deck with distant Atlantic Ocean views, while the bedrooms access a water-view balcony—ideal for checking conditions before heading out.

While not directly waterfront, The Cove provides just enough water visibility to stay connected to the ocean, and tuned in to changing conditions, without sacrificing privacy or tranquility.

Very clean!

Unit was very clean and just like the pictures! We were very disappointed with the parking. Many times we were not able to find a parking spot in the garage. Also, thought we would have a better water view and the unit was mainly a street view. Location was okay but far from other locations. Host was very quick to respond and assist but I wish we had been told that everything closes at 9pm.

Convenient location, excellent food and bar with great amenities in our Condo

Great experience, esp if you're into kite boarding! Near secluded drive on beaches (permit required) whether you want ocean waves or calmer sound water.
