Nestled in the vibrant neighbourhood of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, our charming 80sqm apartment offers a comfortable and inviting retreat. With its convenient location and proximity to various attractions, you'll have plenty to explore and discover during your visit.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and two Juliet balconies with French windows that let in ample fresh air and natural light.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second and third room has a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The neighbourhood is characterized by its eclectic mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants, offering a unique blend of old-world charm and contemporary urban life. Saint-Ouen is a popular choice for locals and visitors looking to experience the authentic Parisian atmosphere with its proximity to the city centre and excellent public transportation connections.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Garibaldi, is just a 3-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
