Apartment was good but communication was poor. We had no Wi-Fi at the apartment for our stay. We tried to contact the host numerous times but no success until the evening before we were leaving. It’s such a basic thing and when you’re on holiday you need research places to go/restaurants/transport etc. I spent several hours of our precious holiday trying to sort it out. A piece of paper on the kitchen table would have done the job.

The apartment itself was good, beds were comfortable. Worth noting it's a steep staircase to the upstairs bedroom so not suitable for all.In addition 2/3 dishwasher tablets would be useful - no one wants to buy dishwasher tablets for a 3 night stay.Our main issue was that we were not given the Wifi code or the property information details until the evening before we were leaving. We tried to contact the owners on numerous occasions, including calling Vrbo customer services and even they couldn't access this. I needed to work whilst there which was made more difficult because of this. I also ended up spending a lot of time trying to resolve the issue which should have been quality family time.

Die Jalousie in der Küche ist kaputt. Ein Spülbeckenunterschrank ist kaputt. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde nichts unternommen, um die Probleme zu beheben. Wir wurden lange in der Warteschleife gehalten und dann einfach aufgelegt.

Ein ausgezeichnetes und charmantes Apartment mit einem sorgfältig kuratierten Design. Es liegt günstig in der Nähe von Sacre Cur, netten Cafés und Brasserien. Von hier aus sind es etwa 20 Gehminuten bis ins Stadtzentrum. Außerdem gibt es eine U-Bahn-Station und Essen in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit mit der Familie.
