Great location. It was perfect for our little family of 4 (2 kids under 8). Our only issue was our check in code didn’t work, and we arrived very late. Fortunately, the after hours manager returned our call and we were able to get in within about 10 minutes.

We love Watercolor. The location was perfect. The space was great. However, every morning as early as 6:30 the construction noise started. The balcony door needs work. You have to shove it towards the frame to close it. The main restroom needs hooks for towels, wet swimsuits etc.

Great Watercolor Condo

Overall great property and good setup for a family or two couples. Location is great for beach club and 30A. Master bathroom is disappointing, needs updating but do-able for a stay. Has all you need for a beach vacation. Elevator in building is a great bonus.
