This is a beautiful cabin-style single-family home located in West Sedona, situated on 2.5 acres, in a quiet neighborhood. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a game room with a bed(bedroom 5) and arcade machine, 2 living rooms, a den, 2 fireplaces, a year round HEATED pool, hot tub, fire pit, & BBQ. Great for multiple families. The backyard patio has lovely views of the sunset and red rock mountains, with plenty of seating. This is our family home located in a peaceful neighborhood, and we do not allow parties of any kind.

Ryan and Dyanna were great host's, and their home provided a fantastic stay! It had everything we needed, and the fresh baked goodies awaiting us upon arrival was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend their place, and hope to stay there again on my next trip to Sedona!

Everything was just perfect for us! Clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub, game room and pool table, well-stocked kitchen, excellent location (close to trails and shopping), gorgeous views. We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our family of 13. A truly memorable vacation in beautiful Sedona. 10/10 recommend!

A Wonderful Getaway

We spent 4 nights here for my Bachelor trip and it could not have been a better place. The location is peaceful and amazing scenery but only a few minutes to shops and restaurants. It has easy biking access to the West Sedona bike trail network! All the house amenities worked and we enjoyed the heated pool and wonderful back yard! Would love to plan another trip here again soon!

This house and host is amazing! Our extended family of 10 met in Sedona this year and we couldn't have stayed at a more perfect home. Dyanna and Ryan were very responsive to all communication. Ryan met us when we arrived to do a tour and go over everything we needed to know. One day we got rained in and this was the perfect place to just stay in and hang out all day. We never felt like we missed out on a day of vacation staying here. This home is very well equipped with amenities, kitchen dishes and appliances), and things to do. Very comfortable and everyone has room to spread out and have their own place to relax. Highly recommend Dyanna and Ryan as your next hosts!

Great Holiday visit to Sedona

For a large group of 8, ranging in age from 15-50; this property and the layout and location of the house was fantastic. Great morning views while drinking coffee and easy drives to hikes or meals or any other activity. Dyanna was easily reachable and was a great host. For large groups and families that want to be close enough to all that Sedona offers, yet also is private and secluded, couldn't recommend this property enough!

Breathtaking!

There was 9 of us that traveled from Wisconsin & we all were taken back by how beautiful the view is from the house. There is so much to do just at the house that we hardly went exploring. The owners were so nice and greeted us when we arrived!

Perfect vacation

On June 26th, the Brown-Ramirez clan arrived for three nights in Sedona. We were met by the owner, a charming and friendly Ryan who gave us an excellent tour of the house, pointing out its many amenities. Our clan consisted of six adults, and four children ranging in age from 3 to 13. Ryan had filled the refrigerator with a variety of drinks for every taste, and on the kitchen island there was a thoughtful and welcoming array of treats, including a bottle of wine. There are three floors with bedrooms and a loft with a bed as well as three full bathrooms which fully accommodated our party of ten. Ryan pointed out the game room, which features a full-sized foosball table, a pac-man arcade game, and an air hockey table that captivated both the kids and the adults. The back of the house has a lovely patio overlooking a gorgeous tiled pool with an outdoor barbecue, a fire pit, and a hot tub. By the way, everything worked—unlike in houses we have rented in the past—and Ryan was easily available in the event of any problem arising. The back patio has plenty of comfortable furniture and looks out on a glorious view of the Sedona rocks. It was a place that was perfect for meditation, star gazing, or dozing in the shade. We came to this house to celebrate my 80th birthday and it could not have been a more appropriate setting, for games, swim races, and simply relaxing. We made some excellent memories here and recommend the house without reservation. Diana Brown

Ladies’ Weekend!

Our group of 8 ladies enjoyed this property in February. The weather was nice enough to enjoy the hot tub and pool (though we never actually had time for the pool.) But it was heated, so that was good. It’s a cozy and very functional property. We were very glad that some basic food items came with the home (oil, salt, etc). Very much appreciated that. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and as pictured. Great stay!

One of the Best

The location was great for Uptown Sedona and hiking. Dyanna was very attentive as our host and was there for any questions or needs. The pool and hot tub offered quiet relaxation in the evening. Hope to come back and stay here again!!!

We loved it!

Our group of 8 had an awesome stay here and we would highly recommend it. The home is in a perfect location with privacy, yet only minutes away from groceries, restaurants, and attractions. The kitchen area was great and we especially loved the pool/hot tub area and the amazing views. The host Dyanna was super friendly and responsive. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and perfect "home base" for our trip to Sedona.

We recently spent 1 week at this beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-15). The kids enjoyed the lower TV/Game room and the beautiful warm pool and hot tub. The patio was where we started and ended each day with it's beautiful views and privacy. The location was ideal for grocery stores, hiking and the downtown area. The kitchen was great -- my husband loved the stove and the extra beverage refrigerator was appreciated.

Our beautiful backyard has a heated, covered pool, a six person hot tub, a large BBQ, a gas fire pit, and plenty of seating to take in the views. In the morning, watch hot air balloons rise from the horizon, and in the evening, enjoy our beautiful sunsets that make the red rocks glow. :)
