This 120 m² house includes :

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

## Neighborhood

Located 5 min away from the sea and the station of La Hume, you will not miss anything to enjoy a nice stay in Gujan-Mestras. You'll be able to visit the town's cultural and event centres (including Aqualand and various theme parks), you will be close to all amenities as well as shops, restaurants and transport. You will also be a 5 minute drive from the Port de La Hume, which combines oyster farming and yachting, and a 10 minute drive from the Port de la Barbotière, the oyster farming centre. Finally, don't hesitate to visit the "cabanes Tchanquées" on the Île aux Oiseaux, to visit the Arcachon city or to go to the Dune du Pilat!
