The house is ideal to enjoy the basin by bike and discover 1 km from the beach of the hume, a water park, tree climbing and a whole bunch of activities. You can also discover all the ports (with tasting of the oysters of the basin) the meadows salles, Arcachon, the dune of pila, the beaches just by recovering the cycle path 400 meters from the house next to the campsite of the nasse.

We stayed for seven nights as a family of 12 and had a very enjoyable holiday. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace, swimming pool, excellent bedding and a well-equipped renovated kitchen. The outdoor dining area and griddle were particularly useful for a large group.The nearby campsite caused only occasional background noise and did not disturb our stay. There is no air conditioning, as stated in the listing, although the upstairs rooms became quite warm during peak summer, especially the three-bed bedroom.The decking around the pool needs some maintenance, as parts were loose and uneven. Otherwise, the house was reasonably clean, and the host was friendly and responsive.Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the surrounding area.

Un excellent séjour de 15 jours dans un logement idéal pour 12 personnes ! Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon moment : une literie impeccable, des salles de bain agréables et surtout une cuisine extrêmement bien équipée.L’annonce ne reflète d’ailleurs pas suffisamment la richesse des équipements disponibles : il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut sur place. Mes filles ont même pu préparer un gâteau grâce à tout le matériel à disposition ! Mention spéciale également au lave-linge de grande capacité, particulièrement pratique pour un séjour de 15 jours en groupe.La piscine est un vrai plus, avec son rideau de sécurité, ce qui est très rassurant. Le terrain entièrement clos est également parfait pour profiter pleinement des extérieurs, notamment avec un compagnon à quatre pattes.Petit clin d’œil aux installations électriques et au système de lumières, qui ont leur propre façon, assez originale, de se faire remarquer !Un logement confortable, généreusement équipé et parfaitement pensé pour les grands groupes. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons avec plaisir.

S'il est vrai que le propriétaire m'avait indiqué qu'il y avait une piscine de 25m, à 20 mètre de la maison, appartenant à un petit camping; il a largement minoré la nuisance sonore quotidienne du matin (aquagym), après-midi (70 transats pleins avec enfants dans l'eau qui jouent), soirée karaoké et concert (pas tous les soirs); Les voisins ont entamé une procédure contre le camping sur ce sujet. La maison est agréable mais elle est partagée avec d'autres. Dans la description, je n'avais pas lu qu'il n'y avait pas d'internet, pas de machine à laver, pas de congélateur. La prochaine fois je lirai ce qui me semblait être des éléments de base. En résumé, maison agréable, on peut profiter d'une piscine de 25 m, mais compte tenu de la nuisance en été, le prix est trop élevé. Je regrette que le propriétaire n'ait pas reconnu avoir minoré cette nuisance. Il aurait pu, a minima, s'en excuser.
