Walk on endless miles of pristine beaches or snuggle up on one of the warm sunny porches with a good book while your kiddos play... 10mph streets, bicycles, electric scooters, helmets, games,, etc. to be sure your entire family all have a fabulous vacation. Fun in the sun!

The Pelican Perch has a full kitchen with all kinds of cookware, etc. There is a new stainless steel gas grill that is included too. You can play all day and have family time at night. We promise you will make amazing memories from your stay at The Pelican Perch. The "outside living room" is complete with propane fire table, new comfy furniture and a huge outdoor HD Smart TV. Now that's living right!

Downtown Myrtle Beach is just 4 miles away!! Myrtle Beach has every kind of amazing entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc. that can be imagined. Come stay at The Pelican Perch and your family will have delightful vacation memories for a lifetime!

Welcome to our beautiful beach home - The Pelican Perch! We purchased this beautiful home in March of 2021. We live full time in Charlotte NC and are delighted to have this home and 4 other beach homes we offer at fun fun fun Myrtle Beach! SC Pelican Vacations is all about you having the most wonderful vacation ever!

We are really close to the beach and with all the fantastic amenities in the resort you will love staying at The Pelican Perch any time of the year!

What makes this property unique

Our home is super comfortable. We have new furniture, king & queen size beds, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, brand new HD Smart TVs, 2 floors of porches, an "outside living room" with a huge Smart HD TV..... and oh my... wait until you try out the huge outdoor water park - it's incredible. Plus there is a large indoor heated pool that is open year round!
On top of that, we are just 4 miles from downtown Myrtle Beach with all of it's amazing shopping, entertainment, dining, and sightseeing fun!
